The building and the apartment are new and very clean. The security inside the building was good. My apartment was perfect for a traveling couple. Sun linght in tge apartment.

The check-in was online and was time consuming. The wifi was bad. The apartment surrounding/area is not great. A lot of sketchy people.

Excellent location for Downtown and Midtown. Close to the Metro too. Very clean, plenty of towels, easy to check in/ out. Free luggage storage was very useful for before we checked in and once we'd checked out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit noisy late and night, and one of my friends said the walls were a bit thin so he could hear the people next door very clearly.

The apartment was superb in almost every way. I would stay here again for sure. Everything was comfortable ... the bed, the shower, the kitchen, the living room ... all of the highest rating.

Somewhat like an airbnb, the biggest lack was basic cooking needs, for example, olive oil, which is tough to buy for a three-night stay.

Loved the location. We were in town for a music festival which happened to be almost directly across the street. Parking deck felt super safe. Love that you needed a code to enter at all points. Apt was mostly clean. Walking distance to Publix so we were able to grab snacks and food to cook breakfast. Love having the comfort of a home when I travel.

The closet had a strong pee odor. Once we got ahold of staff, service was great but when we would call the customer service, they would tell us no one was available to assist with our needs (tv wasn’t working properly, needing extra towels) when the hotel did in fact have an overnight person.

Room was nice.

Had to pay $30 parking fee that we were unaware of until we arrived. No staff at location.

Everything was very convenient and well organized. It was centrally located and the parking was convenient and well priced. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. We used the fitness center and it was great.

I have no complaints

It was outstanding. Was hard to leave. Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was there - and more. Best: washer and dryer. The king size bed (thank you for that) was really big (just right for us), comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is wonderful. Sonder offers towels, toilet paper, detergent... even earplugs in storages so you can get it whenever you need. That's relieving. Never had a better stay since 1997 - and I'm returning to the States at least once a year. Had many hotels and motels and small apartments. From now on I'll compare every stay to this at Sonder Atlanta. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a walk-in closet. The chat contact with staff was very prompt and always helpful. TV has no cable but worked perfectly. Nice balcony. Contactless check in and out. Keypad with Code. So private, so convenient. Want to move in!

Just minor things: We temporarily moved the TV into the bedroom (it's in the living room normally). Maybe you should think about that. Parking is very expensive, please lower the fees. Just stop the music in the garage and you safe energy ;-) The surroundings of the apartment are not the best, but with MARTA you're downtown quickly. Some furniture are a bit damaged and the carpet is frayed under the TV board. Some nooks are not clean because you can't reach it properly. And the dispenser in the bathroom should be fixed and refilled, maybe cleaned from time to time. The coffee maker should have been rinsed, had to do that three times before we could drink the coffee. Lost an hour with this. But if you fix this small stuff it's mind-blowing.

The hotel was exceptionally well-organized and clean. I was particularly impressed with how thoughtfully they stored essentials. The bathroom was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. The living area was spacious and neatly arranged, offering a comfortable environment. I appreciated the inclusion of a smart TV, which added to the convenience of the stay. The heater/AC was modern, efficient, and easy to operate, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout. The refrigerator was in excellent condition, and the stove/hot plate worked flawlessly. They provided a comprehensive range of cooking materials, including knives, pans, and pots, which demonstrated great attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The wardrobe was generously sized, offering ample storage space for all my belongings. Overall, I truly appreciated the well-considered amenities and thoughtful design.

The microwave had an issue where it would turn on by itself, likely due to a sensor malfunction. This happened during the first night and interrupted my sleep until I realized the source of the problem. As a result, the initial part of my first night was restless. However, the staff was very understanding—they promptly agreed to address the issue and even offered to change my room, which I truly appreciated. This was a minor issue. Overall, the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience highly commendable.

The receptionist was super nice and friendly! And! Efficient and helpful! Bravo. If we go back to Atlanta we'll definitely stay again at Sonder's!
