Everything about this hotel was amazing. I'll come back in the summer when the pool is accessible. It was closed for the winter. The whole staff was very helpful and attentive. Valet was even helpful

On the website when I booked it stated that breakfast was included. I paid extra for it being included. However, when it was time for breakfast the next morning, I eventually had to pay for breakfast. I was a bit upset that I had to pay more money for something the website said was included

Everything was amazing staff was great and helpful. I loved the valet parking and $55 a day I think is reasonable you can pull your car at any time. Food was delicious and fast. Interior design is unmatched very classy. Also loved the coffee shop in the building. Big bar in the room with various snacks and drinks reasonable prices. If you want to have a great time in ATL this is the place to go!

The shower could’ve had a glass door so the water doesn’t splash out and the air don’t come right in.

what I didn’t like about the property is that you can’t understand the people at the front desk they tell you one thing, but then tell you another when you have left the facility to check out because the open bar that was inside the room. The man said it was free but when we checked out and left and came home, they said we owe them 300 and something dollars for the open bar inside the room if I would have known any of that I wouldn’t have touched any of it they say it’s a sign in the room that says there, but it wasn’t one in mine.

I loved the ambiance. The location was convenient to everything. The Local Motive restaurant had great food. Huge shoutout to the 2 beautiful bartenders in the lounge area. The drinks, conversations, and vibes were on point. It def gave nightclub vibes and the live DJ was spinning some of the hottest tracks from the 90s and 2000s. I will def stay here anytime that Im in Atlanta

We stayed at the W for our 18th anniversary weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a breakfast credit with an amazing in hotel restaurant that served excellent breakfast options, and a complementary morning mimosa from our friend Alonzo. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a great Friday night restaurant and walk to the Aquarium on Saturday. It truly was a perfect getaway. Thank you W!

The beds were VERY soft for my personal taste. The room was lovely and I was really impressed with the door in the bathroom that goes from the main door to the toilet room (haven't seen that before in my travels!)

I struggled to find the in-room dining info until I called and was pointed to the QR Codes. The TV guide isn't very helpful (shows channel but not what's on it). I was there for a conference and the food was very delicious. Parking fee seems pretty steep but I guess that's downtown for you!

Only 1 restaurant and did not open until 8 am. Requested traditional housekeeping and did not receive it. We had room service and really needed our trash emptied and a general quick clean up. Due to being early risers our pre purchased breakfast went unused due to the late opening of the restaurant.

Modern and energetic feel. The music and styling gives a New York feel. Walking distance from Aquarium and Conference Center if you enjoy walking. About a 5 - 7 min ride without traffic.

The area where you pull onto the property gets congested quickly. It's not a big space at all for cars.

The Wet bar had only 1 bartender on a Saturday afternoon, took about 25 minutes to get 2 drinks! I would make sure there’s 2 when it’s summer time, it was a turn off having to wait in a long line. We would’ve have stayed much longer!

The staff was professional and very helpful. Housekeeping on the 12 th fl floor was excellent. Our African-American blonde waitress in the dining room for breakfast was very engaging! Our Spa service was an A. Massage and facial 4 + We both enjoyed the surroundings. Very relaxing Overall, we had a 9 rated stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

The ice machine was broken on the 12th floor the entire stay.
