location was good, fresh towels, toilet rolls etc. delivered to the rooms, friendly helpful staff (and on the desk before we arrived)

strange selection of kitchen implements (three ladles??). The upper room would have been more useful with better seating though it might have been difficult to get upstairs ... but three of us are over sixty and it wouldn't have been our first choice to sit on beanbags! Only one of us could use it at a time.

We booked a room because we were seeing Alien Ant Farm at Patti Pavillion and the location was perfect, quick Uber from the station, we were able to get food easily from the high street, about a 15 min walk to gig location and then easy to get to after a nightcap at one of the local pubs. Easy walk to the station in the morning. Staff was extremely helpful with the self check in information and gave me everything I needed to make the process as easy as possible. Would book again next time we have a gig in Swansea.

When we booked, this place was the same price as the premier inn in the city centre, however, the Hurst Dene has more to offer IMO. It's in a better location with excellent pubs and places to eat, and not being in the city centre, it's quieter. The kitchen facilities (in the Large Studio) meant we could make some of our own food, keeping costs down a little. The bed was very comfortable.

It was difficult to air the ensuite fully without the door and living area windows being opened. The toilet needed to be flushed twice. The shower cubicle was quite narrow - it was tricky not knocking the handle with the potential of burning yourself.

Large ground floor room. Clean & comfortable especially the bed which was lovely. Enjoyed a good night sleep. Kitchen area well equipped for a short stay. Everything you need to feed yourself

Nothing personally as fit & able to access via 10 steep steps to front door. I would check with property first if you require disabled access.

I have stayed at Hurst Dene before. It is clean comfortable and great value for money.The sitting area and kitchen in the apartment rooms are such a bonus The bars and restaurants of Uplands with a buzzy atmosphere are all at hand also.

Intermittent loud traffic noise when trying to sleep but that's an issue for many town hotels and apartments.

It is a nice place situated close to supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is in walking distance and the train station is accessible via bus, with the bus stop about 3 minutes from the place. The amenities mentioned are available and in good state. The host also accommodated my delayed arrival.

The location is excellent - easy to walk to Uplands, parks, into town and the beach. We loved our rooms - the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for self catering. There was complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits etc. A good shower with soap, shampoo and loo rolls provided. The loft sitting room was amazing!

The double bed was a bit narrow but it wasn’t really a problem.

Superb location and comfy rooms. Only several minutes' walk distance to KFC, Tesco Express, etc. The kitchen makes it easy to whip up a quick and simple breakfast. The staff at the location is nice and welcoming, quickly helps us check in earlier than expected.

Shower place is rather small. Not having a place to hang things in the bathroom, as the towel ring is busted.

We asked for an early check in which was confirmed with no problems whatsoever. The room was great, a small apartment really. Double bedroom with a very comfy bed, my best night's sleep in years, really! Cosy living room with a sea view, you could see The Mumbles lighthouse. Full size and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. A clean, smart and very modern bathroom. All in all a great place to stay. i wouldn't hesitate to book here again, a wonderful experience.

What a Fantastic place, it was alot bigger than we expected, great location, parking and comfortable beds

Nothing as such just a suggestion. It was very hot weather so we had to have the window open and the road was quite noisy. Maybe a fan could be left in the rooms to help with this 👍
