Very clean comfortable and well appointed. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help. Bed was comfortable. Nice large room was very comfortable for our nine day stay. Location was quiet, convenient but close enough to the highway for access. Parking was underneath and secured at night with plenty of room. When we are back in Canberra, this is where we will stay.

I’m not a fan of the motel tv systems that turn a smart tv into a dumb one as there is then no access to the apps etc. However, the system did have movies though they had no closed captions as I needed but this won’t bother most people. Not much to not like here.

Nice spacious rooms, well lit, lots of room to spread your stuff in the bathroom on the shelving behind the mirrors and good shower. The locations is great, close to many eating places and some nice boutiques; less than ten minutes away by car to anywhere you want to go in the city. If you're energetic, 15 to 30 minutes walking will take you to most places. I stayed in an east-facing room so enjoyed beautiful sunny mornings on the balcony despite the 1° temperature overnight.

The "desk" in the room is a glass topped semi-circular table more suitable to a hall way; there is little working space and the mouse does not work on a glass surface.

Lovely lady at the reception, very sweet and welcoming. Love that the bathroom had a tub and a shower. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Generally quiet and peaceful, perfect for adults just looking for a place to chill and recharge. Great location, within walking distance to restaurants and to the train station.

Our balcony didn’t feel very private due to the short privacy fence between units so we didn’t use it much. I did see that some other units had taller frosted glass privacy screens so it might just be our unit. Not a fan of the cool interior lighting as opposed to warm ambient lighting.

Having stayed here previously, I knew what yo expect. Rooms and communal areas are all clean. Having snacks and some drinks provided in your room on arrival is a nice touch. Also great that you can access more tea, coffee, snacks and fruit in the lobby when needed. Pool is great and car parking is secure. My room was upgraded upon arrival which was appreciated. The location is extremely quiet and very handy. Great shops and restaurants very close by and easy access by car to all attractions. Staff are friendly, air con is great and movies on demand are a bonus. Knightsbridge is my preferred accommodation in Canberra.

Convenient location only 10 minutes' walk to shops and eateries, and another 5 minutes to the Kingston foreshore or the Old Bus Depot markets on Sunday mornings. A further 20 minutes walk along the lakeside to the National Gallery. Handy underground parking lot, although the building is so unassuming (like a suburban apartment block) that I initially missed the entrance. Staff at reception were professional and prompt. Room had blackout roller blind which was appreicated in my North-facing room.

More street-visible signage wouild be helpful (unless it would disturb the neighbours)

Everything was fine! Friendly staff. On the day of arrival, a drink and snacks from the mini bar are included in the room rate! Nice surprise!! Small but nice swimming pool for relaxing. To reach the hotel from downtown, there is a bus stop almost opposite the hotel. The bus stop to travel downtown is in the parallel street, about 200 m walking. Also the train station can be reached on foot - about 1,5 km from the hotel (not a great deal). There is a shopping centre in the vicinity of the hotel - supermarket and food stalls open on Sundays. I had a great stay!

Pros: * Great location. Close to cafes, restaurants and markets * Free parking. Gate opens at 6am and closes at 9pm. Concierge is open 24/7 so you can ask them to open the gate outside of these times. * Free mini bar. * Free movies. * They use cleaning products that has no fragrance cleaners.

Cons: We had the superior room which is quite small. For a short trip it is fine but if you have a long trip or with lots of luggage consider getting a bigger room. * The air con in the room wasn’t very strong. At times we didn’t even know it was on. Similar to the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Assured by the concierge that it is on. Just very quiet. It was fine for us but if it is the hot temperature of summer it might be a problem. * There was no telephone in the room. It was fine for us but if you need to contact reception you will either have to go in person or use your own phone.

Knightsbridge presented well, was clean and is in a great location. The staff were great - very helpful and pleasant. Bathroom is huge - lots of room with both a shower and a bath.

The after hours (9pm-6am) entry to the carpark is a bit clunky with a phone call needed to Reception staff to get in. The staff were very responsive but would have thought using the hotel swipe card on a reader would be more efficient. The entry driveway to the building is not distinctive - no signage or anything to make it different to the others in that street.

The location is fantastic being an extremely short walk to the Kingston Shops and walking distance to Manuka. Having underground parking for no extra cost was also a plus.

The room was extremely pokey, having a wooden bed frame in such a small room is overkill and literally painful. The amount of paint scraped off it is evidence of that. The AC / heating are terrible. The room was roughly 25° in the middle of winter and there was no way to lower the temperature without opening the balcony door. The staff said they would look into it but also said my room temperature was the same as everyone else’s so in short, it couldn’t be changed. The bathroom is a pretty useless design - no basic features like hooks for hanging clothes or shelves for shampoo and body wash in the shower.

All the rooms were very clean, everything is new, spacious, utensils were clean, they provide extra snacks fruits and water at reception. Location was very convenient and quiet. The receptionist Thanh was very welcoming and helpful, it’s always nice to see a smiley face. All the staff that I walked into were very friendly. Overall stay was super comfortable and I would go back again for my next trip.

The aircon did not work first night, apparently when two rooms use the same air con system the two rooms can affect each other. So was a bit cold the first night. The staff provided extra blankets so was fine sleeping. But the next day the manager was very helpful and upgraded my room as an apology. The hotel should look into this issue. Also the TV did not have netflix, not really a smart TV.
