The location is perfect and the windows are right at the Church. You can open window and enjoy the atmosphere of the old town. Because lift was broken, the staff complimented me with higher standard room. It was extraordinary. The lighting is beautiful. Everything was extremly beautiful and made me feel wonderful during the stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent- close to all central sights and to the train station as well. The hotel is rather small but clean and in good order. Our room was tiny but it had everything we needed. You could open the windows which is a big plus. I’m not a big fan of bath tubs in hotels and my daughter slipped inside a few times. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. Do not expect your room to be cleaned every day. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay without any major issues.

Breakfast was quite bad and we only decided to have it once.

There are no body lotion, hair conditioner no cotton pads and shower hat. For this kind of hotel is disappointing

Room was well presented and clean, balcony had a great view, The hotel was located in a nice part of the city closes to amenities. quick services to enquies and friendly staff, A great breakfest.

There was no AC in the room so it was very hot and dry even with balcony door open (We was given a fan which did help some) , The balcony did not have much privacy with the neighbour rooms being able to see in so did not want to have the door open for long.

Everything felt new and functioned perfectly. Speaking of maintenance, the hotel was impeccably clean throughout – from the common areas to my room, every corner gleamed, which is something I truly appreciate. My room was incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful and luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was wonderfully cozy, and the amenities provided ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Considering the high quality of service, facilities, and comfort, the St Palace Hotel offers truly excellent value for money. It's rare to find such a complete package at such a fair price. Finally, the location is simply ideal. Situated perfectly, it allowed for easy access to all the sights and sounds of Vilnius, making my exploration effortless and enjoyable. I cannot recommend the St Palace Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for an outstanding experience in Vilnius, this is absolutely the place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Although the room was a little gaudy, the hotel overall had a nice mix of contemporary and antique design elements. The contemporary sculptures in the lobby were particularly fascinating to me, but I also liked the antique vases, paintings, and vaulting in the breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent, served by gentle and kind staff. The view from my room was also charming, and I could see the Gate of Dawn from my window!

I was misinformed twice by the front desk staff about basic tourism information that they really should have known well, but they were otherwise polite and consistently present.

The YOLO suite/panoramic room is possibly the best hotel room on the planet. The views - one of a kind. The quality of the room is simply outstanding. Nothing compares anywhere in the world. The bathtub and shower are both luxury. The hotel is very clean, with staff going above and beyond to help. A lady in reception helped me when my flowers never arrived. The lady whose name I didn't know, called for me at 10pm and later contacted me on the room phone to tell me she had managed to speak to the florist and that flowers would be there the next morning. Everything and everyone about this hotel is luxury. I recommend staying here.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of old town Vilnius. Specially just before Christmas when all of the town is covered with cute lights/decorations & mulled wine just to hit the spot. The Yolo room seems even bigger than on the pictures, so its not as small as we was thinking it would be. The breakfast was fair, for a morning buffet - what more would you want, it was good enough choices. Overall it was a nice two night stay and would probably book it again while in Vilnius🎄✨

Aldo we did enjoy the hotel, there are few slight things caught our attention. Coffee machine in the breakfast - that should be exchanged for a new one! Customers struggled with the coffee machine as it stopped working at any point, made only people stand in a line and it was the only one there. Maybe add an old fashioned mug one? In the room there could've been more complimentary water bottles than one bottle for each person.. also there should've been napkin papers in a such complimented room (so to not use toilet paper). These are not in any way deal breakers but small logical changes for the money people pay to stay 🙃
