Clean and tidy room, very close to the old town's center. Perfect breakfast and nice restaurant.

The airco was almost not working and could not open the window as the main road is near, too much noise from the traffic.

My girlfriend and I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. The staff was very helpful and when I asked for an iron, I had one in our room within minutes. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. There are facilities to purchase snacks and beverages by the reception, which is open 24/7. Our room was on the 5th floor, but with a lift, it was not an issue. The room was clean and quite spacious, and so was the bathroom. The room was very warm, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and they were being changed regularly. We did not try the TV, so couldn't comment on it. The desk in the room was ideal for me as I had to work one of the days. The breakfast, although with little day-to-day variety, was plenty. The buffet had both hot and cold food, as well as some pastries. I also tried their lunch of the day on the last day, as I stayed in the room for the day, and I was very impressed. The soup I had was gorgeous as was the main dish. All in all, considering the experience and the location, this hotel offers incredible value for money and we will definitely stay here next time we're back in Vilnius!

The only small drawback, which I am not even sure the hotel can be blamed for, was the water. Both my girlfriend and I developed sensitivity on our skin, which was only getting worse as the days went by. I am not entirely sure whether it was the water in the shower or the detergent used to wash the bedsheets, but something gave us a strong allergic reaction. I wouldn't have mentioned this if it was only myself, but seeing as both of us experienced it, I thought it worth a mention. It could very well be just the water in general, which as per above, has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Everything was excellent. We were just passing through, and it suited us perfectly that the hotel was right by the highway and very easy to access. Having a private parking lot with a barrier was a big bonus. All necessary toiletries were provided, the room was a good size, and the breakfast (food, juices) was satisfactory. The Old Town is just a 20–25 minute walk from the hotel, and it’s an easy and pleasant route.

Morning coffee. I wanted coffee with milk, but the machine only dispensed water onto the coffee. I informed the staff, and they refilled the machine, but it still dispensed water instead of milk – a disappointment.

Good location for accessing the centre (on foot or cheap bus ride) and an easy ride from the airport on the 3G bus route. Staff members were friendly and price was good value for money. Property was clean.

The walls are quite thin so I was woke up by noise from other rooms / people's alarms going off. Some attention to detail missing - eg the bulb in my bedside lamp had blown; access to plug sockets was limited (I had to move a heavy desk to plug the kettle in) and the breakfast choice was a bit limited.

I am staying at this hotel for the fourth time, and I am very satisfied with it. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and of a good size. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short-term visit, as it has a convenient location, just a 20-minute walk to the old city.

The hotel is located very close to a busy highway with two lanes in both directions. While it is easily accessible by car or taxi, the noise level can be quite high, especially when the windows are open. On one occasion, roadworks continued late into the evening, adding to the noise.

Room: it has excellent sound isolation windows, so you won't hear outside car traffic noise at all! bedsheets , towels are fresh! Bathroom was excellent, royal clean ! WiFi: Space shuttle speed internet, works flawlessly! Breakfast: They want you to be satisfied! Every day lots of meal and they are tasty indeed ! Also there are secret surprise days and on that day your breakfast would be stunning! Thank you, I really appreciated it. Location: in this case please don't trust Google map, it will guide you on the bus stop which is 9 minutes walk away to reach the city center. In reality the nearest bus stop is 1-2 minutes away. Ask in the reception and they gladly show it to you. Elevator/lift: Sometimes when you push the button it won't work so you should try to push with different fingers and eventually it will take you to your floor. I enjoyed my stay and I'm glad I chose this hotel.

There was 1 night in which my night sleep was disturbed. On the same floor near my room there was a guest with a dog and the dog was barking from 04:00AM continuously and was heard through the closed room door. I understand "pet friendly policy" of the hotel but as they have a huge hotel with 6 floors, I think they should have selected floor for dog owners or at least accommodate them in the room which is far away from the occupied rooms. That's why I took 1 point and rated 9 out of 10.

I stay regularly at this hotel and everything is great usually. Just this time, the room had very heavy and unpleasant smell when entering. It would be good to try addressing this. And another thing - it is very hot outside, we came back from a long working day and long walk after and I asked for some ice at the reception (it was late and it was no open shops nearby), unfortunately they were not able to provide because the bar was closed and I understand it but the fridge in the room was not cooling and it was very hot. It would be nice to be able perhaps to buy a pack of ice from the reception. ❄

The restaurant is not expensive and very nice, breakfast was really good, rooms were clean and nothing special for 3 stars. We enjoyed art works on walls in the atriums. Soundproof was very good - we heard nothing hence the hotel was full and there is a reconstruction works outside just next to the hotel. Without any announcements our booked suit room was replaced by x2 smaller room and they offered to compensate it giving us free tea but finally they gave us extra economy class room (and it is the reason why this story is in pros area) Overall our stay was good

The hostess is absolutely the nicest - everything we required she tried to support us with almost instantly, the room is well equipped, there is even a sauna there. Even the needs of our dog were considered.

During our stay, the air conditioning was not functioning; however, it was not the hostess fault. She was trying to ensure that everything worked, but the repairing works took too long.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great and convenient location. Great taste and variety of food at breakfast. Very affordable price.

Although the lobby and corridors look nice, the room is very outdated. Small parking. Even though I managed to get a spot for my car, I noticed there were no more spots 2 hours after the start of check in.
