Great location, public pay car park across the road, staff friendly. The hotel rooms were lovely, modern with every facility you’d need and great views of the bridge and river. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed bathrooms. Reception area very airy and welcoming . Bar staff very friendly. Alison in particular went out of her way to help us when there was an issue with a cancellation not having gone through correctly, we greatly appreciated her help in sorting out our error!

Unfortunately the roof top bar wasn’t open to the public during our stay which was a shame.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The service provided by Derricka (I think that is how it was spelt) was excellent, had we been served by her the whole time the score given would have been a 10. We had a problem with our rooms ac unit and it was arranged to be fixed there and then.

The checkin process was awful. We arrived at 5pm for our 4pm checkin time and were served by a man, his name started with an A. We were informed that the room was not available and I complained as we had plans for dinner and the basketball that evening. He offered us a free breakfast but once I asked to speak with a manager, he quickly said a room was available. But then took away the offer of a breakfast. Really not the best start to the stay, had it not been for the service from Derricka afterwards it would have tainted the whole stay.

The breakfast (made for us in the restaurant) that was added to my bill when I made our reservation was good. We enjoyed the roof top bar, seeing the sunset and the gas firepit on the other side with a view of the downtown lights. It was right on Beale Street and close to our favorite Gus's World Famous Chicken restaurant.

We have to circle the block twice to get a place to park when we arrived, because check-in parking area was full of vehicles and shuttle buses. We arrived at 5 but could not check in. Our room was not ready until 7. Parking is valet, $33. You can park across the street for $15 at a parking garage.

Lovely hotel, just off Beale Street. Very modern, room was spacious with 2 queen beds and spotlessley clean. loved location and room, pool (outdor with cabanas, sun loungers and tables) and also the cafe/snack bar on the ground floor was perfect. Roof top bar with a full view from all points.

Couldn't really fault the hotel but if I had to be picky would say the bathroom floor is wooden and the white bath mat bacame stained brown everytime it got wet (from the flooring) but obviously not a problem.

The property was extremely clean, smelled great. The bartender was great; she worked extremely hard and made great drinks. The hotel room was beautiful, my favorite feature was the shower.

The entire hotel had one microwave. There weren’t any microwaves within the rooms. There may have been some construction or maintenance going on while I was there because there was extremely loud banging as if a hammer was hitting our ceiling in the morning.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel you have the men out front to greet you at your vehicle for valet parking🖤Secondly the hotel is very inviting when you enter inside which is a huge plus for me; As for me being a resident in Memphis I am very highly impressed with how the hotel is located downtown near all the excitement and I will definitely be staying here again as my staycation.

There wasn't really nothing to like about it, My hotel room had trash in my garbage can when I entered inside my room, of course the floors could've used a small lil mopping, the door handle was loose on the shower door but other than those few things my room was so cozy.

Loved the rooftop bar to watch the sunset! I ordered a blood orange cosmo and it was one of the best drinks EVER so thanks to that bartender who made it! (Wednesday night around 7:15 pm, 8/14/2024.) Also, my drink matched the color of the sunset!! I took lots of pictures of that to post! We also enjoyed the king room view of the pretty bridge (over the Mississippi?) and how easy it was to walk to Beale Street. Unfortunately, we were there only 1 night! Also, the bed and pillows were wonderful!

It would have been nice to have 2 bottles of complementary water in our room

They were gracious enough to upgrade me to a river view balcony suite in their connected sister property, Caption when I arrived after sending them a message I'd be late (1130p) and they didn't have a room for me at Centric. I was given access to amenities at both properties. Everyone I dealt with at both properties was friendly and helpful. The location was great, but there appears to be a building being constructed between the hotel and the river, which might block the view.

My "free" breakfast (included in my package) changed to a $10 credit. Parking was valet only. It's a bit steep at $33.00 per night. They were friendly and efficient. Some minor housekeeping issues in my bathroom, which I conveyed to the desk at check out.

The location of this hotel at the end of Beale Street and overlooking the Mississippi couldn't be better for a visit to Memphis. We could walk to all the restaurants, entertainment, and attractions you go to Memphis for.

All the construction surrounding the hotel on the waterfront was off-putting, but couldn't be helped, of course. The service was extremely slow for breakfast most mornings, but that's just a nitpick. The food was delicious!

EVERYTHING was gorgeous!!! From the moment me and my husband walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive! I loved the rooftop bar and lounge and it was very close to Beale st.

The only thing about this property was the valet parking. I wish they had a few more staff members that could assist with getting vehicles. They weren’t awful, but you have to wait a little longer for them to get your vehicle, especially if it’s a busy day.
