the hotel was right next to byparken and the port, in front of Galleriet shopping centre so it is an amazing location

the self-check in didn't go well as the hotel communicated with me on the day of my arrival before noon and when I arrived afternoon to the city, they were not replying on my messages through number which should provide me the link for an app and a code for the room, even here on the booking, my messages were ghosted, I was waiting more than 1.5h without any reply... I needed to run to Korskirken Magic Hotel at the reception to ask what is going on, thanks to an amazing lady at the reception, I received the card for the hotel room(she upgraded it for the problems I had)and free breakfast for the 17th of May, which I really appreciate!

The location is top, price is ok.

Very poor information about a comfortable check-in wich causes stress after a day traveling ! No reaction on messages...

Bed comfortable Shower room clean and hot water. Could adjust temperature of room. Smallish room but adequate with kettle and tea and coffee. Main positive is that it is right in centre of town about 5 mins walk to fish quay shops and Bryggen

Check in procedure is complicated with conflicting information in the first email which said go to Jade cafe who said go down one floor in lift but in the lift it said go to 3rd floor so went up and down twice but finally found young man checking me in I was unable to use the mobile system due to limitations of my wi fi so wanted a key card The electrics did not fully work in my room At first I thought they were all out but turned out to be main light and kettle sockets. However the hotel were good at messaging me back and sent electricians on first morning and did offer me another room had I wanted

We got an updated double room and it was very spacious and clean. The room was aesthetically very pleasing and very conveniently located to Bergen train station as well as to many tourist attractions. We were able to walk to most places. The room was quiet even though it was located on the top floors of a shopping mall which also gave us easy access to shops, a bubble tea place and some nice cafes.

Unfortunately, check-in was not self-service, we had to walk to a nearby sister hotel (about an 8-minute walk away) to collect the keys from their front desk. This was a bit challenging, especially after a long day of travel and with luggage in tow. Also, the bathroom setup could be improved. There was no curtain or divider to separate the shower area, so water splashed all over the floor, leaving the bathroom quite messy after each use.

This property is located in the heart of Bergen. The room is comfortable and clean!

We had an issue with the check in , the room we booked wasn’t ready for us and then every other key they provided us was not working . That was a bit frustrating for us as we were tired from traveling and we were waiting to get in the room and relax . We had to pick up the key from another location which I didn’t like but they explained that there is no staff in that property to help us out . But they were l kind to offer us complimentary breakfast the next day which was super nice from them ! Other than that the rooms was very good and warm!

Can't tell anything about magic hotel xhibition because I book 2 times room in xhibition and 2 times I was sent to another hotel, magic hotel korskirken. Im traveling a lot of and stay most times in hotel, so for me very important, good room, clean bed, clean towels, good location and that's everything was perfect. Just my advice to hotel to change little bit breakfast sometimes. I want to come back a lot of times but breakfast coming bored. Thanks magic hotel and see you soon.

Perfect center location, close to everything. My room was on 6th floor, good soundproofing, comfortable size and all necessary amenities. And as it wasn’t my first time in Bergen I know how loud it can get at night. But i really enjoyed my stay so it was a great stay ☺️

Nothing wrong with the property or the room, but the air conditioner should be fixed, it worked fine when on cold temperature, but once I wanted it to be a bit warmer it made really loud noises, which also happened during the night. That’s the only small issue, other than that everything was great! ☺️

The hotel was exceptional in almost all aspects. It’s right in the middle of the city center and you don’t need any other mode of transportation other than walking. It was extremely comfortable, well looking and clean and the breakfast was very good as well. Although there was a problem with my check in, the receptionist gave me a premium room as a compensation, so I have nothing to complain about. It was value for money overall.

The only thing that I didn’t like was my check in experience where there was a problem, but they solved it by giving me a premium room, so everything was fine at the end. But this single reason is why I put a 9 and not a 10/10.

On our way to our cruise we stayed one night at a Thon hotel and came into Magic Xhibition with low expectations, considering it was cheaper than the Thon. The size, decor, and cleanliness of the room + bathroom really impressed us! Plus it’s inside a mall and right next to Bergen Sentrum rail station, so location was quite fabulous!

The check-in was a little inconvenient (had to walk to another Magic hotel nearby) but since the hotel had sent us the details, we were not surprised by it. Second - would have been lovely to have breakfast included with stay, like most other hotels in Bergen offer!

my room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. the location was excellent and was easy to find in the dark. The app and online key were very easy to use.

I had read reviews that there was a loud bar in the same building and was dreading it. I only heard music on one of the nights and it didn’t disturb me. The entrance is shared with other businesses and is a bit dirty, could be better.
