I loved everything about our stay. From the minute we arrived it was perfect. The receptionist was so welcoming. The room was so inviting and spotlessly clean. The pillow and bed were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I had a wonderful nights sleep. The friendly housekeeping staff do a great job. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The breakfast staff were so kind and helpful and friendly. They made us feel like family. The location is fantastic within waking distance of all the main attractions. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Honestly, I cannot say enough postive things about this hotel. It far exceeded our expetations. The location, staff and facilities were all outstanding and the cost very reaosnable. In addtion, breakfast was oustanding. They helped to arrage wonderfull tours and the desk manager,Daniel, was perticulary helpfull and we enjoyed our coversations with the night manager Xenia, who was also very helpfull.

We didn't get to saty long enough! We dis not plan a long enough trip, but we will be back if we can.

Calm and cozy hotel, near to all the main points of the touristic part of the city. The building is hidden amongst the small alleys, but with great restaurants around the corner. The breakfasts are diverse and delicious, with regional accents. The rooms are spacious, a little dark, but cozy. With towels and bathrobes changed every day if you need it. After day of sightseeing it was nice to use the jacuzzi and sauna - all clean and well maintained.

We had odd smell in the bathroom - probably problems with plumbing.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed with complimentary coffee upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel—both before check-in and after check-out. It’s a small, cozy hotel with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and included a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, eggs, and desserts! We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the treadmill in the gym was out of order, and the gym itself is quite small. That said, I really enjoyed jogging through the streets of Budapest instead.

Everything. Location is great, easy walking distance to the city center, but also metro and bus stations are 2 mins from hotel. I recommend Pollack parking garage which is 300-400m (5-6 mins walk) from hotel. There is another one which is 100m, literally 1 min walk from hotel, but it is significantly more expensive, not worth it in my opinion, especially if you are staying several days like we were. Room was not very big but really cool, nicely equipped and comfy. Staff was super nice, kindly adjusted heating in our room when we asked and were always nice and welcoming. Breakfast rich enough and very tasty. Unfortunatelly we didin't try wellness area since we were there with small child, but even without it, it was worth the price. Next time we are in Budapest, we will for sure come here again.

Very nice hotel, we had a good time. Super responsive and helpful staff, clean room, perfect temperature in the room, nice breakfast. The location is really good - just 3 minutes walk from the airport express bus stop. My friend had a back problem on the first day and the hotel arranged a massage session for her super quickly (and the massage was very good. She talked about it for days). I also liked that at breakfast a barista will make a coffee for you, no the usual big pot of filter coffee, which was a nice touch.

I thought pillows were a bit weird. One was giant and one was really small. Still managed to get a decent night sleep though.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, if not the best! The location is unbeatable, and everything about this place feels brand new. The design is modern yet warm and cozy, from the lobby to the room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit, and the room itself was spotless with fresh, new vibes. The curtains did a perfect job of darkening the room, and the AC worked like a charm. Hot water was instant, and the breakfast? Amazing! A surprisingly vast selection for a small hotel. I actually found myself spending two hours every morning there enjoying bites and sipping coffee that the Barista, who already knew my order, made just for me. The breakfast area was super cozy, making it a great spot to start my day. The receptionists were quick and efficient with everything they handled. And I have to mention the little fitness center—especially the jacuzzi, which had a touch screen and separate controls for each person. The fitness floor was never crowded, and I often had the jacuzzi all to myself. I also heard that the roof is great and my friends loved it, but I didn't check it out. If I could copy and paste this hotel to every destination I visit in the future, I’d do it in a heartbeat!

The bed was alright but not terrific. There were two huge pillows which were super comfy for reading, and two small pillows that were a bit too small and generally not great.

We had an excellent stay! From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very accommodating offered us a cup of coffee before we were shown to our room and Whilst we were checking in which made it all the more relaxing. As it was the night before Christmas we were informed that the hotel was offering lunch to all guests to celebrate the day. That was a very generous buffet with lovely traditional and international cuisine. Our room was beautiful and on arrival there was a small pouch of chocolates waiting as a welcome treat. We used the spa area which offered a jacuzzi but we did not have any treatment. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was very courteous and polite. The location was fantastic and everything was so easy to find and so easy to walk around. A big plus is the bus stop for the airport shuttle service which is literally three minutes if not less from the hotel's doorstep.

Unfortunately and although we were looking forward to using the gym , it was very small and underequipped so we decided to use a gym that was around the corner from the hotel.
