Great location near the port ans we had an amazing view of the Bascilica on the hill. Very clean and had aircon as it was very hot...sometimes the aircon didn't work great but mostly it did and we were grateful for it! Bed was comfy and shower was good ans rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was also friendly ans ordered us a taxi early in the morning for our train. Would stay again as we got a last minute discount as our other apartment fell through at the last minute! Walking distance to everything we recommend La Plongeon restaurant just nearby which was amazing food!

The rooms are very small and if you had lots of luggage it would be a challenge. We only had small backpacks. There isn't a fridge which would have been helpful. Lift can only take 2 people and is slow and mornings can take a long time to get down when people are checking out so make allowances for this.

Arrived early on the overnight train from Paris. Went to hotel expecting only to drop my bags, but the lady on reception allowed me to check in at 7:45am at no extra cost. Breakfast, though simple, was quite tasty and varied. Location very convenient just a few minutes walk from Vieux Port and Panier district.

Room.was a slightly odd shape, a bit cramped and a bit dingy. A bit expensive for the size and comfort of the room.

The location was just perfect. Easy access to the marina. And lots of amazing restaurants around. Grocery in the next building. Walking distance of about 10-15 mins to the marina. The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms are small. Comfortable for 2 people. Shower gel and toilet paper in the shower including towels.

The hotel was well located. The room was quiet, clean. The staff was friendly. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good. Bed was very confy.

They cleaned my room despite the sign hanged on the door and moved my stuff around. The towels were changed daily tho not necessary. The cups and plates in breakfast area were dirty. This was the most unpleasant: cups with coffee traces and plates with grease/egg/better left. Elevator was small and looked old. Odd smell in the hallway on my floor.

Unfriendly Front Desk Person the day we arrived.. not very helpful when asking questions... either because he did not speak sufficient enough English or due to not caring about foreigners or Americans in Particular.. 2nd Front Desk Person was very friendly and accommodating, Thank you!

The location is the strongest point of this hotel. In addition to the sympathetic staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, etc.

The only thing I think could be improved is the air conditioning which doesn’t work properly, and in the summer could be a problem since they advise not to open the window.

The wait staff was accommodating. The afternoon reception staff not so much. It is not when everything goes as planned that a character can be evaluated.

There was no room for conversation and resolve for a mistaken cancellation despite us staying on another second booking 😡

La ubicación. Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville. Good emplacement of the hotel in the center of the town.

La iluminación de la habitación es mejorable. L'illumination de la chambre peut être améliorée. The lighting of the room could be improved.

Breakfast was very good and great value for money. Hotel in a great location for everything - port, station, museums, le panier, Cours Julien. Staff in hotel excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

Room could have been slightly bigger. No tea/coffee making in the room

Check in was fast, receptionist was friendly, the room was clean, with window closed it was quiet enogh in the room, location is good - 15 minutes by foot from the railway station and 15 mintues from the old port.
