All facilities and location are excellent.

•The luggage carts are few, as there are only two carts and they were received from other guests. I waited for a long time, about half an hour, at the reception, and there was no cooperation from the receptionist. When I left, I had to carry the luggage and belongings manually to my car outside, and it was very tiring. I hope that the hotel management will take into account the circumstances of the guests and provide a larger number, as there are a large number of rooms and the guests are not equal. Some of them cannot carry luggage due to illness or old age, for example. • The automatic blinds do not work properly for both windows and open a little bit about a third of the window and stop working. • The toilet is moving and not secured to the floor properly.

Was absolutely fabulous day get away for my daughter and I before school started. I loved this hotel it was so beautifully designed and alot of little extras. A nice work out, some time in the pool, a little shopping down the road on Market st. and of course breakfast was amazing. Splurged a little and got a suite was so pleased w the space and comfort. Thank u to the staff for being so accommodating. Will look forward to visiting again!

Would be nice if there was fresh water fountain or water bottles for coffee makers in room. Did not see towels for pool area. Only had 1 small trash can to share for kitchen and bathroom .

Clean rooms and all

Going down for breakfast there was stuff not stocked people just waiting on items to come out. I looked around for a plate and asked some staff member that came out of food prep area she just said there’s no plates and walked away. I’m thinking ok we’ll have someone go get some.

Very clean! The customer service there was exceptional. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. My room was not ready so they upgraded me to an even better room. This has been the best hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Very clean, easy parking, access to everything the property offered.

Staff was GREAT! NICE and CLEAN!

Not related to the hotel, but the hotel is difficult to get to with the traffic and exit off I-45. There is but a short distance between the exit and the 3 lanes of busy traffic to get all the way over in the proper lane.

Everything was great. Price, cleanliness, proximity to our activities.

Sign needs to be more visible from the street. I have missed the entrance before and had to go all the way across the highway and back. Maybe a sign closer the the street instead of behind trees up on the hill.

The room, the location of the room, how clean everything was, including the halls and elevators. The kindness of the front desk employee that was very nice even though it was around 10 pm.

New hotel. Clean. No noise pollution.

At check-in the guy was on the phone. We stood there for a few minutes until he finally checked us in, while still on the phone.

Great location for Cynthia Woods Pavilion and lots of shopping. Clean and appeared safe, with great staff!

The only missing item was hand soap in our room, but the front desk staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed while we went out to a show.

The build was totally different, it felt like I was home.

I loved every detail about the property. Well lit and clean from inside out.
