The location is the best thing - max 5 mineuts from Hakata station, and just accros a conbini. The room was simple but comfortable, the bed was great and very very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The stuff were very nice and welcoming. You get free toiletries like cottons, cleansing gel, razors etc. Loved the scent of the body soap/shampoo/conditioner.

There were vabrating noises every now and then,even in the middle of the night. Didn't bother my sleep, but you should be aware of it. The water took some time to warm up (not like other hotels where it was immidiately) It wasnt very clear where to do the laundry (I could've ask, but it should be clear)

The location is great as it's near Hakata Station. It had Coin Laundry service. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and pretty.

The Coin Laundry was outside the building so if it rained, it would make things very difficult (luckily it didn't rain when I did laundry). Also, despite drying for 1 hour, my clothes didn't come out perfectly dry so I had to find random places to hang and lay out my clothes in my room to dry. There wasn't a lot of hooks and hangars in the room (which made it more difficult to dry my clothes). Also, I couldn't turn off the fridge so I had to wear earplugs to drown it out at night. Also, the toilet paper was super thin and almost transparent.

The hotel is really near the airport and all taxi driver known it so it’s really easy to get back. We booked many room types, twin room is perfect spacious. Facilities are ready to use, many electronic plug in the room. Eco-cleaning is make sense and not bad. Breakfast is good as japanese standard.

Nothing special. Only the wall room is quite thin sometime I heard outsider talking. And double room is quite narrow for 2 ppl.

Very close to Hakata station & close to tour groups where meetup points are mainly at Hakata station. Rooms were decent size compared to a lot of hotels where the rooms were very cramped. Vending machines on each floor made it really good to grab a drink when you're feeling thirsty. Very close to Family mart, Lawson & 7/11. Some restaurants around the area.

The laundry was a nightmare. You're up against A LOT of people fighting to use the laundry. It is always taken throughout the day and night. I think the hotel should review their laundry system and install a few more. Only 1 laundry machine was working out of the 2. 2 dryers working. I had no choice but to walk 1km to the closest laundry and wait there for an hour for it to be done then walk back to the hotel.

The rooms being so spacious was definitely a nice change of air to finish the trip in Japan. Wish most hotel rooms were like this one. The location is in walkable distance to the Hakata station and Hakata bus terminal (west to the station) This bus takes you to the international terminal in the fukuoka airport.

Breakfast was alright, but for a foreigner from another continent like me, the buffet didn't cut it, because of the food I'm used to eat. Nevertheless I wish we could have stayed longer in fukuoka. it was a good experience and surpassed my expectations :)

The location is very convenient and just a few minutes away from the station. They also let you borrow umbrellas which is good for rainy days.

There’s just 2 washing machines and another 2 for dryer. You have to look after it and transfer the clothes to dry. Investing in 2-in-1 machines and make it a few more might be more worth it. There’s also no clinic or doctor so you have to go to a hospital if you need medical attention. I’m not sure but the air conditioner also seems to work as heating only so it can be quite hot at night.

The hotel has an excellent location due to its proximity to Hakata station. The staffs are helpful and hotel is clean and well maintained, like most hotels in Japan. The bathroom is very spacious and beds were comfortable. The room amenities is slightly old, but facilities within the room are upgraded. Such as bathroom. The hotel also serves good breakfast options.

The bathroom is huge, but there is not much use of spaces in the bathroom. I would prefer to have a smaller bathroom and bigger room size. However, this likely the layout of earlier hotels which couldn’t be changed easily.

Extremely convenient location, minutes from Hakata station. There is also a Family Mart right opposite the hotel. There are also plenty of food options around with several malls at or connected to the station. Only a few subway stops away from Tenjin, Ohori Park and a 10-15 minute walk to Canal city. Hotel itself is clean as tidy and has everything you need. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer on premises which was handy. Staff were efficient and made things very easy for us. Breakfast is also available at the hotel

The hotel itself is a little dated so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles so if you’re wanting that this may not appeal

Very close to Hakata station and lots of shops nearby including a konbini across the street. Comfy lounge where we could leave our luggage before or after checkin/out. Staff were very helpful. Included breakfast had traditional Japanese options. Checkout was a breeze.

For some reason, Booking didn’t automatically deduct the amount from my card so my sister, who was checking in ahead of my arrival, had to pay in cash an amount that was a bit (maybe AUD10-15) higher than the original amt. but not a big deal!
