Location and the beautiful view as we got a room with the Lake view.

In the other bedroom, the bed sheets had a foul smell—similar to dirty socks. We raised the issue with staff, and thankfully, it was promptly resolved. However, we also ran out of toilet rolls during our stay. We requested more at the front desk around 9–10 PM, but were told there was no housekeeping available and the front desk staff couldn’t leave her post. She said someone might be able to bring it up within an hour. We waited, and later my husband followed up at the front desk, only to be told again that it would be brought to us. Unfortunately, no toilet rolls were ever delivered—even by the time we checked out the next day.

Loved the location, very large apartments that are dated but serviceable. The unexpected laundry machine and dryer were very useful to keep clothes clean for the family. We cooked dinner every night which was excellent. Lots of space - we had two rooms and had families from both rooms eat together in one apartment which was nice. Great view - our youngest daughter loved spotting motorbikes in the distance. The heated swimming pool was great for the kids!

Parking being an extra cost gets expensive quickly. The kitchen equipment and utensil inclusions were a bit random - thankfully we had two apartments so we could borrow pans and spatulas from the other apartment. It was tricky getting a safe temperature in the shower, the mixer tap went from cold to scalding. Separate hot and cold taps (or a replacement mixer tap) would be preferred.

The spice was incredible for a family and friends stay our daughter in the lounge sofa that we didn’t have to upgrade to the next size 3 bedroom. read the last leg of our trip. We’re able to use the washing machine and dryer cook a good meal in the kitchen with all amenities available like comfy house with amazing location friendly staff and great facilities. At this place. Our apartment was a little bit tired with carpets but they’re in the middle of upgrading a lot of the apartments and we happy to have that for the view of Parliament house and exceptional space

The second bedroom had no fan available and no Aircon going through it so opening up the balcony was very loud to be able to tolerate sleeping the rest of the benefits

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking to attractions and into the City. We enjoyed the well maintained pool and gym areas. The Hotel reception staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist us.

Construction of light rail in front of the Hotel was distracting during weekdays but the Hotel communicated that it was occurring prior to our stay and during it. Note that this did not distract from our Hotel experience.

Fantastic location, and the heated pool was lovely and warm thus very usable. Everything was clean and convenient, everything worked as it should, and useful things were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment itself was dingy and basic in appearance. The combo of grey everything and white lighting in an old unit did not have an upmarket feel - it could easily be spruced up by just some decent warm lighting and a bit of colour. The functionality/cleanliness/convenience definitely made up for it, but the apartment itself was certainly not a pleasant place to visit.

The 2 bedroom apartment I stayed in on the 10th floor was spacious, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. I had a nice view of the river and could also see the parliament house. The swimming pool was warm and there were 2 BBQ's and tables/seating in a garden area near the pool. There is underground parking and outdoor parking for $15 a day.

The location is a nice quiet area but no restaurant on site and is not walking distance to restaurants and shops.

It was spacious and comfortable, all amenities were available in the apartment. Beds were very comfortable, the washing machine and dryer were excellent. The ensuite was a bonus and master bedroom was surprisingly large and spacious.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as i would have expected, the bathrooms had mould and showers weren’t cleaned properly. The other bedrooms had joined single beds which made it very difficult for me to seperate and make the beds myself for the kids, i believe having booked for a family, the beds should have been separate as per the description. The kitchen didn’t have a sponge or tea towel nor oven mitt. The stove didn’t work either.

The two bedroom apartments were very spacious, clean and well set-out. Beds were comfortable. The view from our room was over the water, looking straight at Parliament House, it was beautiful. Parking was great and staff were very accommodating. Very central and walking distance to most places. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.

We were on the 10th floor, so the only thing I would have liked to see were keyed locks to the balconies. We put furniture against the doors, as we had 4 kids under 4 and were a bit worried about them getting outside.

The view from the apartment facing the lake was amazing. Air con did a good job, and plenty of room in all of the spaces to relax

Bathroom cleanliness not as expected. Broken toilet brushes, leaking shower door, built up grime, could be cleaner, but was acceptable for the location and apartment size. The equipment for squash and tennis were mostly broken and unusable. Bring your own to be safe.

Close to the city centre, paid underground parking. Full kitchen and washing machine were what we needed. Bathroom is small and from 90's.

Bathroom - shower over bath, at the window (frosted) but didn't feel very private at night, as no blinds on windows. Quite cold in the bathroom as a result, in addition to the extraction fan in the window (quite a windy winter's night in Canberra).
