The surronds in Lourdes are pleasant and cool and walking is healthy in the altitude [1000 foot ]. The area has a sense of calm except for the vehicles in traffic. The staff were very understanding when I lost my passport and banking I.D prior to my arrival. Management offered financial advice and help which was accepted.

No complaints, no regrets. I received what I paid for. I extended my stay longer.

As a chef for many years, customer service is not able to be taught on courses or it comes across Fake,fear not Joseph went above and beyond,from suggested places to visit and made my stay extra special as Joseph actually cares and Volunteers at sanctuary,you feel as part of the family not in it to rip guests off. I had an early departure, so Joseph recommended a tranfer/ taxi that was promt and polite. I'd have no problem recommending the hotel and hope to return God willing soon 🙏👌

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Binoy at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and was very chatty and attentive. The location within Lourdes and proximity of the Sanctuary was fantastic for the price paid (compared to other hotels in the area) and I would most definitely stay here again!

The beds could have been ever so slightly better but the only thing is that I wish I stayed longer!

It's absolutely very clean hotel; room is very warm and comfortable relaxing environment. All the staff are very nice with welcome smiles; especially the customer service staff is very helpful. I appreciated their services to me. Thanks

It’s a small room but has everything you need: a bed, a desk, a closet, a private bathroom, an excellent location, and the service and attention are excellent.

We didn't take breakfast there. The locatios is not too bad, the parking is great, but the way to the sanctuary it's little bit mesy, will be nice if the sanctuary have an straig exit to the hotel way.

Some times in the nigth you fell unsafe, will be good to see someone from the security stuff walking around until midnigth.

Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. the price was affordable. Location was excellent i was 3 mint walk from everywhere i need. Godly people. All the best with the renovation! hopefully i will come back soon with friends family to stay in again with you.

The host was very nice, caring, genuinely good person, providing information about whatever is needed, Lourdes sanctuary, food options around etc. This place was exceptional due to the very low price for the single room with bathroom which was very comfortable. The interior was modest but you got everything you need, it was clean.

The hotel manager, Joseph, is unquestionably one of the friendliest fellows I’ve ever met at a hotel desk! I have been to Lourdes many times but never have I encountered quite such personable and genuinely open customer service. He is clearly a very well-liked man known to all in the surrounding area too. May God bless him abundantly!

Location perfect. Gave me the room on 5th floor with mountains view. The reception guy was very helpful. I will see use it if I come to Lourdes again and I highly recommend it. Very simple and as per rate.
