Modern, clean hotel. Staff helpful and polite. Good hot shower and good location close to restaurants etc

Would have been good to have hairdryer in room and wider selection of teas. Also a drinking water refill station would be good.

Big beaming smiles from the whole family all the time. I felt as if I was being welcomed home when I arrived. This is a well run family business, they all work well together and communicate well between themselves. Notting is ever too much to ask them. This family is in the correct business - only love and kindness. 😍😊💕 I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's sister and her husband. I also met Sparky, the kindest golden retriever on earth.🐾🐾 Food was so tasty. Home cooked meals. All requests are catered for. I took half-board rate breakfast and dinner. Every single meal was on point! I was asked what I wanted for each meal and I always got what I asled for, only problem is I don't eat much so always had leftovers. I always had a la carte but on the day I left the buffet was being set up as group arrived the night before. This family is ready to welcome everyone. The room was spacious,bed super comfy and effective ceiling fan and air conditioner. Lovely decor throughout. All is neat and clean always. They pay good attention to detail, including presentation of food and garnish. Location is also good, beach, shops and restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes walk away and many tuk-tuks around if you prefer not to walk. I like that they have good relations and recommendations about activities. I had the best time on the lagoon visit and the massage at the local spa. The area is reasonably quiet. For the first time in years I had deep solid sleep everynight. Thank you and I wish the family every success.

Our stay was a wonderful welcome into Sri Lanka! The hotel organized our collection from the airport and we were greeted with delicious fresh juice on arrival. They welcomed us and treated us like we were family. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious. It was a 4-course dinner and it was superb. Please try Grilled fish. Beautiful place. comfortable beds as well, quiet area. We were brought on a tour of the nearby lagoon was a very beautiful place to go in Negombo. owners Susila and Ajith are so kind and helpful a lot. Ajith is doing tours around the country for more than 25 years and he has a big recommendation book. Thank you so much for everything! And this is value for money.

This is a lovely, family run, modern hotel. The family are so friendly and kind. We played a game of Carrom with them - a traditional wooden board which they have in the hotel reception. We loved the lovely clean modern room and bathroom with aircon that worked perfectly. The breakfast was amazing - we love the coconut filled pancakes - a Sri Lankan favourite! We also loved the welcome drink, and early check-in! It was a short walk to the main shops and restaurants in Negombo - we love the Zen cafe in one direction, and Boco cafe with aircon, in the other direction.

Nothing not to like. 10/10! (Our room was a balcony room, but it was an internal balcony with no view, so this should be clearer when booking.)

We felt super comfortable throughout our entire stay. The facilities are clean and cozy, beautifully maintained. But what truly makes this place special is the wonderful family who runs it. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They arranged airport pickup for us, and also helped organize island tours in English, which were well-planned and very informative. You can really feel how much care they put into everything they do. Thank you🙏✨

This place was charming and in a fantastic location. The staff was incredible! My friend and I originally booked a terrible place next door that had no power, so we decided to leave and found this hotel instead. Within minutes of booking, we were able to move across the street, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our check-in went smoothly. They quickly brought our bags up to the third floor and even welcomed us with delicious soursop juice. The team was fast, efficient, and so accommodating!

I had an abosulutely wonderful experience at J leaf by Bluebird. The hotel is elegant and amenities were excellent. Great location! The beach is only 300-400 meters away.Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Room was clean and spacious and bed was super comfy. Food was delicious. I wish I could spend more time there. Will definitely go back.

Very specious room nicely desiged..Balcony was massive and the view is fantastic ! 🌅 Clean rooms. This is the best place I've stayed in Negambo ! Very friendly staff. Location and surrounding also great 👍😃. Special thing is 4 course lunch and dinner seems like 5 star ⭐ Hotel..I highly recommend the full board basis in this hotel...
