The hotel is amazing, it's obviously a nice space, but honestly what set it apart for me was the staff. They were SO kind, so helpful, extremely friendly, happy to chat with me. Also it's in a fantastic location in terms of the top tourist attractions. It's walking distance to Book Street, Saigon Post Office, the Cathedral (though that's under construction at the moment), and the really lovely shopping district. And then it's only a short motorbike ride away from everything else, like the pink church, Tan Dinh market etc.

Modern, clean, great facilities and excellent location in district 3. English widely spoken throughout and the staff were incredibly helpful. The Albion Restaurant was fabulous. Food, service and view were exceptional. Worthy of a special mention was the tomato entree - fresh produce, excellent selection of herbs and sorbet made for a mouthwatering treat. Steak was cooked perfectly and we selected a beautiful red as advised by the sommelier to go with it. A pre dinner cocktail at the bar is well worth it. The artistry in preparation and then the drink itself absolutely fabulous. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this hotel. As a side note the hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations with the theme this year being Harry Potter - just amazing!!

A very minor point were the number of lounges by the pool and that pack up was often dictated by patrons at rooftop bar.

It's a very nice hotel, with great rooms.

The aircon is pretty windy, not really well adjustable, and blows directly toward the bed. That's negative. I got charged by the hotel, even though I should have paid the hotel. That made us a problem, as I booked the rooms for other people than me. So, in the end, my colleagues had to pay me, as all was on my card. Staff reacted quickly, but the management policy is probably terrible. The invoice also included some minibar expenses that I had not consumed, so the staff canceled it after a short complaint by me. But that puts that hotel not in a good light.

Very good location; near to all sightseeing spots. Very good rooms and bathrooms. We love the lounge with good views and very freindly service. Rooms are perfekt

Very loud party at roof top; do not take a room in an upper level; you can`t sleep before 1 am; it´s not only loud music there is a whining bass til 15th floor. For a 5 star hotel it´s not acceptable. It´s a pity that a very good hotel have such a loud roof top party every day. Loud music is acceptable, but not a buss which goes through concrete.

Swimming pool is a part of social club and hard to enjoy it when people around clubbing.

The breakfast was great. We requested beef / chicken sausage and the next morning it appeared among the buffet items! I was super impressed when my husband did not attend breakfast one morning, and one of the waiters made a special effort to ensure that my husband had a takeaway plate. I also liked the Christmas theme for 2024....out of Harry Potter's tale. Also the art work in the hotel was amazing.

The hotel didn't seem to have regular and reputable taxi services available. They replied upon stopping taxis off the street like anyone else.

Great staff made us feel really welcome and we're very accommodating. Roof top amazing, pool great and room really comfortable with everything we needed for a city stay.

We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, but it was not, so had to pay additional charges. The issue was more woth booking.com as the information on our reservation showed breakfast included, which was misleading as was not.

So beautiful and staff amazing- incredible pool and bar at the top - we ended up having one of the breakfast during our stay in the hotel and it was incredible- great location and walking distance to the War Remnants Museum.

I liked everything except that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the girl who checked us in gave us free drinks to the pool bar, and offered us a space to change into our togs and go up to the pool, so all was good after being in the air for so long!
