The facilities were excellent,. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a self contained stay. Access to the room was through a large lounge with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Both lounge and balcony were shared with another room which would make the two rooms perfect for a party of 4. The pool was excellent and the views over the bay and islands were stunning. The owners were unobtrusive, but available to help if needed.

Place was clean and warm, the hosts were friendly , air was clean, great views , walking distance to amenities like supermarket, main street etc .Plenty of Shuttle buses and taxis are readily available

Curlews, a large bird that sounds like a car alarm that likes to wake up the neighbourhood anytime from 3 am onwards , the terrain of Airlea Beach is extremely steep, walking up the hills was not an option for me, but I'm 70, although, the younger do find it challenging as well,

What a treasure of a find! We absolutely loved this accommodation, the views were spectacular and the room itself was lovely. The hosts were also friendly and easy going, we really cannot fault our stay. I read some reviews prior to arrival regarding parking however, this really wasn’t an issue. There is a parking spot outside the accommodation which is first come first serve. We actually chose to just park on the road as we didn’t mind street parking. The Main Street is only a short ten minute walk.

Island Views is a perfect little gem in Airlie Beach. I stayed in the King suite and the views are amazing, especially at sun rise. The private pool for guests was a great area to relax in, away from the hussle and bussle of the town and many tourists. I had the most relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect. It is up quite a steep hill. But nothing a 3 minute taxi ride can't help with, or if you are fairly fit.

The view was incredible. The hosts were super friendly, chatty and going out of their way to help. The facilities were modern and super clean they provide everything you could need and more. The air conditioning worked really well and bed was super comfy. The pool was lovely and we were the only ones in it, they also had lots of inflatables you could use in the pool. We had such a wonderful stay we were sad to leave.

It is located on the top of a hill which was a bit of a walk with all our luggage so would recommend getting a taxi there.

Great views - The location was great it was close enough to walk in and out to town. The hills on the way back provided great views however, I chose to get Ubers home. The pool facilities were great, and the rooms placed far enough apart to have peace and quiet.

Island views has such a spectacular view, we were blown away. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfy and we were able to do some washing, which was a BIG help. It was lovely to have access to a pool. We also got an early check in which made the stay even better. Would love to have stayed longer. Good work out on the legs walking to the apartment from town.

Loved the views from the pool area and the volleyball net was fun! Nice and clean bedroom.

Although we knew it was slightly out of the centre, the walk back up the hill was very difficult (and were young!) and the bathroom could’ve done with a refurb as was outdated

Bright room, nice kitchen, well equipped and comfortable bed. Lovely view.

Wardrobe was dirty inside, full of dust clumps which looked as though they had been there for quite a while. Parking not really available at the property just one space in front of the main door which was already taken or park on the street which was most of the time pretty full. Room did not have its own balcony but there was a nice shared balcony available. Property is also situated on a steep hill.

Very comfortable with beautiful views of Airlie. Spacious room with all the amenities we could have asked for, and very close to town although we preferred to drive the 2 minutes given the heat at this time of year!

There was a fair bit of noise upstairs, I believe the owners live there so we could hear people walking around quite a bit.
