The location is excellent — just about 150 meters’ walk from the famous Nissi Beach. The hotel has been renovated and positions itself as a 5-star property by European standards, and it does feel fresh and modern in many areas. However, while the quality is good, it doesn’t quite match the gold standard of 5-star luxury you might find in other destinations like the Far East or the Gulf region. Still, it’s a solid choice for its location — especially if your priority is being close to one of Cyprus’s best beaches the spa is realy good and the team are very nice

The “sea view” room we booked didn’t really offer a clear sea view, which was disappointing. The room itself felt quite small for a 5-star hotel. Also, housekeeping could be improved — the floor wasn’t wiped during our entire week’s stay, which affected the overall feeling of cleanliness.

I was impressed by the freshness and diversity of food. Cleaness.

I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were very noisy, noise made by the housekeeping service - they were yelling at each other from different rooms and talking and talking and slamming things constantly. You need some benches at the outside playground area. Staff’s professionalism needs to be improved - I didn’t liked that I was directly asked for tips when ordering room service at a 5* hotel.

- clean rooms with nice sea view - location close (2-3 min walking) to Nissi beach. Bus stop and shops are also available at the main road - amazing food (both breakfast and dinner were perfect) - cleaning every day and friendly personal at reception (thanks to Ukrainian speaking staff) - nice SPA area and pools

- no own beach and you need to reserve sunbeds early in the morning at Nissi beach (which is always overcrowded) - partially unfriendly waiters at main restaurant. For example, nobody offered drinks at breakfast - low quality oil to be used for cooking - drinks are overpriced - a bit poor entertainment in the evenings

everything was excellent, the hotel, the staff, the gym, the pool. Also i want to refer to the two guys at the pool, the lifeguards, (Andreas and Marios) was excellent, very professional and very kindly, we all felt safe with two guys around the pool, they followed all the pool hotel regulations with great professionalism.

At breakfast, although we sat outside, the smoking was not allowed, and there was no area where you could smoke with your coffee in the breakfast area. This is something i have never encountered in other hotels. May be that is good for the no smoker but not for us.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The pool is very nice and its very near to the beach (approximately 3 minutes walk). The hotel has a tennis court, ping pong table, billiard table, shisha lounge and bars - great experience. But the most great things in the hotel are : the team and the food. Absolutely amazing ! The team were extraordinary- we travelled with family including infant and the team were very kind, helpful, played with the infant. Absolutely loved it. Regarding the food, that was a level of a very good restaurant! We were surprised of the food and variety. The food included many salads, soups, pasta, meat, vegetables and seafood. Everything was delicious Thank you Nissiblue! Amazing

The property is definitely 5 stars hotel. I like everything there. The staff was very kind especially receptionist Tatiana who helped us from the start to the end in any case that we need during our vacation, and Ivo who helped us with luggages and welcomed us with champagne and lemonade. We took only breakfast and it was very tasty with different varieties of food so you can find anything that you prefer to eat. The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned every day. The seaside view was perfect and very calm. 2 minutes walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross the road there is a walking path to nissi beach. The beach is also very clean but in case you don’t like the sea you can have your rest near the pool of the hotel which is also very clean. Near the pool there is a bar 1 cafe and 1 bistro. 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel, nice pool and food options, good location, best in Ayia Napa, we had a pleasant stay. Their breakfast was better last year but we enjoyed it, no problem it is not a big deal.

Loud house keeping service, they knocked our door on Sunday morning 8 am! OMG WHY? and they were very loud in the corridors shouting and chatting…

The most attractive thing about this hotel is its position. It is magnificent. Facilities are well organised around it. Hotel staff are pleasant and attentive. It all runs fluently. A room with a view is really worth the extra cost. Food in all restaurants is high quality and tasty. There is a large variety of offers, from snacks to fine dining. The spa area feels relaxing, even just to walk through on your way to the pool or the beach. Though I am a greater fan of the beach than of a pool, I loved the sunbeds around the pool, and we used them even for a little while every day. Three beaches are within a short walking distance, and they are very good. I would say the Nissi beach could be the best, but it is too popular. But still wonderful!

The rooms and corridors fail to provide a 5-star experience. Rooms are partially refurbished, but they feel and smell old, especially the bathrooms. Corridos even stink a little, and you can notice some mould here and there.

My stay at this hotel was undeniably exceptional, earning top-notch ratings in every category, including the room, location, staff, services, breakfast, and restaurants. The breathtaking views of the sea and proximity to Nissi Beach only enhanced its charm. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Christophoros, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ms. Elena at the reception for her welcoming smile and excellent assistance. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

1. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more lush greenery and trees around the swimming pool area to create a more inviting atmosphere. 2. There's room for improvement with some of the waitstaff (waiters) at the breakfast restaurant. They might benefit from additional training and increased awareness to provide a more seamless dining experience for the customers.

Very clean, location was nice, near the beach, pool and gym ok.

They charge for everything. Even having half board, in the morning they give proseco and everything. At dinner, no more drinks available. Not even water. You have to pay for them. They have a scale for baggage at the reception, even that costed :D. The hotel nearby has direct access to the beach and all drinks are included for them. For a 5 star hotel, I expected to have more things available for the price paid. In conclusion, maybe only breakfast is worth it. Half board is not worth the extra money for what they give you.
