- clean rooms with nice sea view - location close (2-3 min walking) to Nissi beach. Bus stop and shops are also available at the main road - amazing food (both breakfast and dinner were perfect) - cleaning every day and friendly personal at reception (thanks to Ukrainian speaking staff) - nice SPA area and pools

- no own beach and you need to reserve sunbeds early in the morning at Nissi beach (which is always overcrowded) - partially unfriendly waiters at main restaurant. For example, nobody offered drinks at breakfast - low quality oil to be used for cooking - drinks are overpriced - a bit poor entertainment in the evenings

The property is definitely 5 stars hotel. I like everything there. The staff was very kind especially receptionist Tatiana who helped us from the start to the end in any case that we need during our vacation, and Ivo who helped us with luggages and welcomed us with champagne and lemonade. We took only breakfast and it was very tasty with different varieties of food so you can find anything that you prefer to eat. The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned every day. The seaside view was perfect and very calm. 2 minutes walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross the road there is a walking path to nissi beach. The beach is also very clean but in case you don’t like the sea you can have your rest near the pool of the hotel which is also very clean. Near the pool there is a bar 1 cafe and 1 bistro. 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

My stay at this hotel was undeniably exceptional, earning top-notch ratings in every category, including the room, location, staff, services, breakfast, and restaurants. The breathtaking views of the sea and proximity to Nissi Beach only enhanced its charm. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Christophoros, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ms. Elena at the reception for her welcoming smile and excellent assistance. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

1. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more lush greenery and trees around the swimming pool area to create a more inviting atmosphere. 2. There's room for improvement with some of the waitstaff (waiters) at the breakfast restaurant. They might benefit from additional training and increased awareness to provide a more seamless dining experience for the customers.

Beautiful hotel, nice pool and food options, good location, best in Ayia Napa, we had a pleasant stay. Their breakfast was better last year but we enjoyed it, no problem it is not a big deal.

Loud house keeping service, they knocked our door on Sunday morning 8 am! OMG WHY? and they were very loud in the corridors shouting and chatting…

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel in Ayia Napa! The facilities were absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained throughout. The breakfast was exceptional – so many delicious options to suit every taste, it was hard to choose! The hotel’s restaurants were also really good – great variety, high quality, and beautifully presented dishes that made every meal a treat. The spa was an amazing experience – relaxing and luxurious. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with super comfy beds that made it easy to unwind. Both pool areas were fantastic, offering plenty of space and a great atmosphere. The kids club and playground were also a big hit – my son had a great time and didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect – everything is close by, from shops and restaurants to the beach. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would be very happy to return again!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike! If I had to mention something, maybe the sunbeds at the pool could get taken quickly during busy times – but that’s pretty common at popular resorts!

We have been to 65 countries, and I dare say I have a basis for comparison when I claim that this hotel is one of the best we have been to. Sophisticated, extremely clean, stylish with great food. I personally liked the fact that there is a Cigar lounge, although you can smoke anywhere in the outdoor areas, including the sunbeds. I also liked the fitness center, well equipped, but I missed a bench and more free weights. Proximity to the beach is great, as well as being close to lots of nice eateries. The center of Ayia Napa is 30 minutes on foot or 10 by taxi, where there is an amazing choice of activities, restaurants, and bars. I want to express our thanks to Ivo from the reception desk. The most helpful and sunny person who welcomes guests. Always available and always with a smile on his face. Any hotel would be happy to have him as an employee.

We stayed at the NissiBlu Beach Resort in mid-March and had a wonderful experience. The weather was pleasant, but we specifically chose a hotel with an indoor pool – and we’re so glad we did. The spa and pool area are absolutely stunning, and while the water wasn’t very warm, it was still pleasant to swim in. What truly stood out was the amazing staff – from the reception desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs in various styles, fresh vegetables, and pastries. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The entire hotel feels new, modern, and very well maintained. The lobby has plenty of cozy seating areas, and the beautiful outdoor pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds – although the water was unfortunately too cold to enjoy during our stay. The gym was fully equipped with everything you might need for a good workout. As for the location – it’s perfect! Just a short walk to Nissi Avenue with shops and restaurants. Most places were still closed since the season was just starting, but it was peaceful and relaxing, and we could still enjoy the nearby beaches and natural surroundings. To the left of the hotel, there’s a hidden beach – a stunning little lagoon carved between two hills. And to the right, of course, is the famous and beautiful Nissi Beach. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Overall it was a very good experience with particular remark for the nice and friendly attitude of all the staff from the reception desk to the cleaning, pool, etc, etc...

As a suggestion to improve the overall experience to an outstanding one, you should necessarily improve the quality of the breakfast and generally of the food on the hotel restaurants, also you should consider to provide more information to the guests upon the arrival with respect to the hotel facilities, tours, locals of interest, etc.......

The rooms, facilities and location were amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel. Right on Nissi Beach and walking distance to Ayia Napa. Everything in the hotel was so modern and well kept. The staff were kind and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was very nice every day. The quality of food was great and a huge selection. A very small suggestion would be to offer iced coffees. The room was beautiful with a side view of the sea. I would like to thank the reservations teams who I spoke to before arrival and made the start of our stay amazing!

Our room had absolutely gorgeous views! The hotel was spotless, the cleaning team was incredibly efficient. The food was mostly good, the breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and the staff was super attentive without being intrusive. The pizzas and Asian food were not my favourite but hey, you can’t have it all. Particularly impressed with Milena and her team at the pool bar! The beach was just a short walk away, with the sea at its best in the mornings. The spa looked great although we didn’t use it. The gym was okay. The habanos bar served an amazing selection of drinks and the cocktails were delicious. All in all, this is a great hotel and we highly recommend it. We chose an all inclusive and it was definitely great value for money! This was our third time in Cyprus and NissiBlu was the best hotel we stayed on the island, no doubt we will choose it again when in Cyprus.
