It was an excellent choice to attend Saratoga Race Track primarily because of free shuttle. That alone saved $20 a day in parking. The room was very comfortable but suggest accessibility bars for the bathtub. Free breakfast was a decent start to the day. Appreciated 24-hour coffee service in the lobby plus location near major big box stores. Would stay again.

Staff missed requested cleaning service one day. Shuttle did not show up re a traffic mess one very hectic night. We had to call to find out what happened and take cab back to inn.

We were very happy with our stay here. If you're traveling in a car, it's very close to the city center and still good value. The breakfast was nice and hot, and coffee was available throughout the day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, having a microwave was nice, and we appreciated having a bathtub for our child. The staff was nice and smiley, as well as efficient during checking in and out, which were both very quick.

It's not a fancy hotel, but it certainly does the job in a rather expensive town!

All the front desk staff were cheerful, helpful and professional. In spite of a huge snowstorm, the breakfast crew was there when I came down at 7 am. They gave me an accurate assessment that I would be able to get to my local destination in spite of the storm. The breakfast was tasty and had what I needed. The room was newly rennovated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Walmart right across the street, Japanese restaurant on the premises, close to Panera's Healthy Living and the Wilton Mall.

The snow plowing of the parking lot seemed haphazard and not very effective. They seemed to go in circles and I had to ask them to plow out some parking spaces so I could dig out my car and park it in a plowed spot. Even though there were just 2 or three hotel guests, no help was offered to dig out my car.

It was clean comfortable and very new. At least that’s what it felt like.. looks like the entire property was just newly renovated. There were reviews about the lobby, being not updated. I believe most of those were last years. As of this review, both the lobby and the rooms are practically brand new. The staff is phenomenal. They are very friendly and accommodating. Also this property is just minutes away drive from downtown. Great value and a wonderful surprise for a last-minute reservation and trip.

The gym was tiny. At least add another treadmill. Thanks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around without any hassle. The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

The location was great for us. We really appreciated the lack of over powering Fabulouso smell. It smelled clean without the chemical abuse. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Had a frig/microwave. We picked this for the kids for the free breakfast. They really liked it and said they definitely got full.

We had 4 people. 3 of us said the beds were to hard while 1 liked the firm mattress.

We loved mark. The gentleman that worked at the front desk; the evening shift. He went above and beyond for us. Excellent at his job! We would go back to see him for sure!

Price was kinda high Coffee maker in room was not great, needed more regular coffee pods too Would have liked more towels Not a lot of tv stations. Tv station list was in a Drawer that I found right before we left. Microwave should have been higher up on the table

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, waffle makers, yogurt, fruit and more! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely!

I wish there was more to the hotel. That is just my personal preference. The gym left a little more to be desired and there was no pool. It was fine for the stay we needed it for!

Daily breakfast was very good. Shuttle to the track was terrific. But we did not know about shuttle before arriving. We just found out about it by luck. So that service should be emphasized when booking reservations during the season.

I was travelling with my elderly dad (90 years old). Shower was very slippery and there were no grab bars or non-slip rubber mats in bathtub/shower. So that is something to improve on.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were all very attentive and kind. The breakfast was adequate -- fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs and ham.

The air conditioning in the room was not able to be controlled in the room; it was controlled by the main building. The A/C seemed to stop working part way through the night and it got hot and stuffy. Otherwise, everything was great. Good water pressure and hot water.
