I was pleasantly surprised with how great this hotel was. Room was spotless, very spacious for a hotel room and comfortable. The staff was beyond nice. And the free snacks and Krispy Kreme donuts in the office was such an added bonus! Even the other guests were great. We never heard anyone the whole time. And the shower water gets so hot! We will definitely be staying again!

The legit only semi bad thing I could say is the shower could use a new shower head. But the shower still worked great just the head was a little old and clogged up.

An affordable place to stay with staff that were exceptionally friendly, the room was spotless, the hot tub was clean and ready at 10:30PM after a day of driving and then a lot of walking that helped aching legs and back to calm down before crawling into a very comfortable bed. Even though it is on the main parkway, it was quiet & very relaxing place to stay. Will def stay there again when I go back!

I usually stay away from motels but all of the positive posts made me wanna try this place and man it didn’t disappoint!! I don’t have the words of how happy this place made me and my daughter. The Christmas decorations were enough to make me smile once I arrived and to be met with the sweetest ladies at the desk made me know I made the right choice! The rooms smelled amazing and clean when we entered and the room was cozy and nice. The donuts, cookies, popcorn and more made the teens extremely happy and the location was perfect!! This was my first time in this area but as far as I’m concerned there is no other place I will stay when I return!! Thank you for your kind hospitality and lovely place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Location was really good. Rooms were decorated nicely. Loved the rocking chair in front of the room. Liked the fact that there were snacks all day at the office. Loved the grits.

Didn't like being on the 2nd floor. The walkway on the 2nd floor was dangerous. It had inclines and step downs without any warning.

We traveled 3 hours to visit Dollywood and rather than travel 3 hours back home in the same day we decided to get a cheap room to stay in. The reviews for this motel were great so we gave it a try. The rooms were super clean and the donuts, cookies, and popcorn were a sweet touch! The donuts were brought in fresh each morning from Krispy Kreme. The staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.

We just slept here so we didn't really use any of the extras like the pool. I can only give my review on the room and the staff.

Great Staff ,free Krispy Kreme doughnuts every morning! Great location ,loved the outdoor pool and hot tub ,my only complaint Is there should be a sign that says kids not be allowed in Hot tub without a adult ! Kids playing in it had to wait to get in several times ! The kids should be playing in the pool and Not the hot tub !

The shower was wonderful. Just like standing in a waterfall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great coffee, home made cookies, location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. Other customers were very friendly. Rocking chairs in front of the rooms. Just a very nice vacation. Rooms have been updated nicely. Pool was clean, we didn't swim but looked nice.

The pillows, we are spoiled by our pillows at home and maybe should have brought them along.

Although the outside is dated, the rooms were the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff were super friendly as well. Location was close to where i needed to be (Women of Joy conference at LeConte Center). Great girl’s weekend for my daughter and I.

If you have a hard time navigating stairs….be sure to ask for first level room. The are two levels but must take stairs to access second floor. Not big deal but may be problem for some.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location of the room was very convenient. Everything looked like the picture showed on the internet. The lamps, TV, and outlets were working.

The commode flushed but it did not fill up fast enough even after maintance looked at it. Never could get the parking space in front of our room. Always had to park a couple of spaces up or down from the room.

We took our kids on their first family vacation out of state and decided to stay at a local mom and pop. Boy were we NOT disappointed, this is the best little place, the rooms were so clean, the beds were comfortable, everyone was so friendly, and the cookies and popcorn were a favorite of our kiddos. We had been worried our kids waking at night might wake someone or someone else wake our kiddos but this inn has solid walls and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay despite it being packed. The location was great we were able to get to everything we wanted in minutes. The price for all you get is fabulous, and super friendly to families on a budget, we will definitely be coming to stay again.

The only issue we had was parking but it was a very busy week when we stayed.
