The room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice supplies - soaps and vanity box. The view was nice. It was good to have mini bar and a fresh jug of water was provided each morning, I found the staff in restaurant, reception and Bar to be extremely friendly. The housekeeping was super efficient - my room was cleaned each morning when I returned from Breakfast. The television was of excellent quality and had ample supply of channels. The breakfast buffet was superb - very well presented - even Champagne on ice. The cheese, meat, fruit, bread egg and smoked salmon variety was excellent.

I would have liked to have a coffee making facility in room as I missed this.

The hotel was beautiful It was a little bit out of the town centre but suited us because we like to walk The hotel was in a lovely setting and the hotel decor was beautiful The room was very clean and comfortable I would recommend it

The young tall girl on reception was very short with us in the 7 weeks of travelling through Italy this was by far the most unfriendly welcome we have had to a hotel which was a shame she forgot to tell us we had been upgraded until we checked out but the rest of the staff were very friendly

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and nicely appointed. The grounds and pool were lovely. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast was sumptuous. ( Nobody serves soft-boiled eggs in an egg cup anymore!) Although we were right over the restaurant, our room was quiet. The added toiletries, robes and especially the tote bag to take to the pool, were appreciated. The on-site parking was extremely convenient.

The only thing that disappointed was that our particular bed - a large king bed- had a soft mattress on my side, which was hard on the back. I solved the problem by sleeping horizontally at the foot of the bed.

Excellent breakfast! And the lunch we had there was wonderful!

Sounds from the neighbours came through when we tried to have a nap.

Lovely boutique hotel, modern yet cosy. We had a very nice double room and our daughter had a single. Both overlooking the pool with a small balcony. Bonus of air conditioning in the room's which was much needed as it was 34c when we visited! Located outside city centre, but bus stop right outside, takes about 10 minutes to get to the centre of Bolzano. Nice relaxing pool area with pool service. The staff were excellent and a good breakfast spread. Would definitely recommend having dinner or lunch here, the food was excellent and a lovely atmosphere on the terrace.

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to stay in Bolzano. The staff were so kind and accommodating and the hotel itself has incredible facilities and beautiful, spacious rooms. The free use of public transport is a huge added bonus making it super easy to get into town, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were blown away with the beauty of this hotel and would love to come again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard. Room was very compfortable and wel appointed. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, garden and pool area were all perfect. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Free Bolzano Pass (including public transport, telepherique and museum entrance) was icing on the cake. We used it to see Otzi, and to make our way up and down Rittner Horn (Bus > Telepherique > train > bus > 2nd Telepherique)

The property is beautiful with great views from the garden & restaurant & pool. The gym was fantastic & breakfast was 11/10 - great variety, all healthy & fresh. My husband & I are health focused travelers and this place was the best on our trip for the gym & breakfast.

Room was a bit small & AC didn’t quite work how we hoped at night. We like to sleep cold. A storm rolled through & cooked down our 2nd night which helped.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and primely located for travelling around. The scent of the florals around our balcony and hotel will forever be memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They provide you with a free pass for transport incl. the cable car nearby. There are robes and slippers in the garden view rooms and we really appreciated soaking our feet in the cold pool after lots of walking. We loved the breakfast and felt spoilt for choice by the salmon, fruits, eggs, granola, etc. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.
