Charming boutique hotel with exceptional service and a warm, welcoming staff. The restaurant is excellent - both the food and the atmosphere were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to get twin beds, even though we were initially told it wouldn’t be possible :) Special thanks to Moritz for the outstanding service at the restaurant - please keep doing what you're doing!

Just a heads-up: If you're traveling with friends or prefer some privacy, be aware that the shower and toilet have fully transparent glass doors. Something to keep in mind if privacy is important to you.

The hotel and restaurant were elegant, understated and simply beautiful. Everything had a relaxed vibe, from the colors to the lighting to the textures. Perfectly decorated for de-stressing. The sauna and pool areas were especially peaceful and immaculate. The restaurant was pure perfection and staff members Carlos and Yasmine impressed me each and every day of my stay.

There is nothing I disliked. If I had to stretch I would say the mini fridge was a little tight and I ended up puncturing a can when I tried to close it.

The hotel has a restaurant. They serve breakfast there in the morning. İn the evening, the restaurant becomes the grill haven. You will never taste such a good meat anywhere in İtaly. We did not drink anything with the meat to keep the smell of the wood in our mouth. The staff was moving in fast forward mode. They were fast, efficient, kind, always smiling. They all know what they are doing. All speak at least three languages and you never look for them, they come to you. İncredible. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

Our room was a little bit cold. We kept the toilet door open because the radiator there was working better than the one in the room.

High quality of everything and attentive service. The sauna & wellness area are beautiful and spacious and the restaurant is really excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. Service here also very good. Loved the design of every part of the hotel & restaurant. Very tasteful and elegant.

My room happened to be a bit smaller than I expected, with very little space to fully open my suitcase. I did work it out, but us something to just know if you come with more than 1 regular size suitcase. My recommendation for the sauna would be to offer aroma oil (eucalyptus / mint / bergkräuter mix) to add to the water to pour on the heater. Just to make it even more perfect 💚

The room was spacious and the views from the balcony were great. The pool area was busy but well kept and still felt private. The food offering is amazing with a really thorough wine list. I’d recommend booking for dinner when booking the property/in advance as i could only dine at 6pm, which wasn’t an issue after a day of hiking but for larger parties or different schedules may be too early. There is lots of parking and you are away from main roads so it was silent.

We arrived after a car drive from hell so we weren't in the best mood ;-) but the staff did everything to welcome us and make us feel more relaxed. Due to the late arrival we had decided to cancel the restaurant that we had originally booked and dine at the Eggentaler. They went out of their way to organise a table for us and even though we had to wait 2 hours that was all made well by the lovely service and the delicious nibbles we got with our drinks. The restaurant is excellent - fabulous choice of meats and a wine list to die for. Room was very clean. Breakfast simple but good quality and again fabulous service.

The room was in another building without elevator - bit of a hassle to get our luggage up ;-) The bathroom was extremely small.

Probably the best hotel I've experienced. The aesthetic, quality of decor and fittings, cleanliness, upkeep are immaculate. Comfortable like home. The location next to a bubbling river, surrounded by forested hills, is refreshing. The breakfasts are brilliant, and the dinners are out of this world (though prepare to pay). The staff are on the ball, friendly, and professional.

Nothing to dislike!

Kadaun where Eggentaller is situated is a lovely village at the outskirts of Bolzano/ Bozen. Conveniently situated for reaching Seceda, Latemar and the lakes. Eggentaler offers a refined rural mini- resort atmosphere, and fantastic food at the restaurant which is Michelin-listed. A nice swimming pool with sun shining on the deck well after 7PM in early August. Great time overall. Markus is a great host!

Breakfast could be a bit more varied, with salads, cold cuts and beverages.

It was really clean, a little far from the center but near the highway and well connected with the local transport. The room was really clean, with everything you might need, and even if outside was below zero, the room stayed warm even after opening the window. We tried the Spa and it was really relaxing too!

The only little problem was the temperature of the room. It was quite warm the whole time, but I think that this is just a preference

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The on-site restaurant offered delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere, making each meal a highlight. The service was consistently accommodating and attentive; staff members went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return for another visit.
