Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Set in it's own little paradise, surrounded by beautiful palms, stunning birds, the odd howler monkeys and a small, clean swimming pool, very tranquil. Nice buffet breakfast including delicious fruits each day. Donna was so helpful in booking trips and tours around the area. The Manuel Antonio park tour, the jungle night tour and the chocolate tour are really worth a visit, plus lunch or dinner is included, which is a nice bonus. I find the hotel is very clean with constant hot running water. Rooms are very adequate, new bathrooms, comfortable beds, good WiFi connection, great aircon plus a ceiling fan. It's in a perfect location next door to the national park and easy access to the beach, which is stunning. Great for early morning walks. Lots of choices to eat out. I was happy to stay here.

Because I was in a ground floor room, it could be noisy when other guests were upstairs, sounds of footsteps could be loud at times.

24/7 under security, gated property. Though parking is not guaranteed we were able to find one spot when checking in and parked the car there. Walked around wherever we wanted to go in Manuel Antonio area. Awesome restaurants and food scene and bars. Close to the Manuel Antonio National Park pretty much right in front of the park. Close to the public beach. Clean, beds, pillows, showers, pool, breakfast was awesome, staff. William is awesome. So are the other staff there helping during the breakfast, staff maintaining the hotel clean, and more. Was the best stay during my 7 day road trip in Costa Rica, that included stays in San Jose, La Fortuna, Monteverde, and of course Manuel Antonio.

One thing just one was the toilet was very close to the shower wall and hence a little uncomfortable with right leg. Other rooms may not have this issue.

The location was great with the view on the National Park, very nice resting area with the swimming pool and sitting area around it. Delicious breakfast with lots of options and great service. The hotel offered coffee/chocolate machine anytime at no additional cost. We enjoyed the option of having beach towels at the reception desk pick up/drop off. Our vehicle was safely inside behind the fence, the gate was closed for the night.

The room we were in was unable to cool down. Very hot to sleep in it. The bathroom did not have ventilation, no hangers for towels, clothes, no electrical plug, not even a place to put our toiletries on. Hair dryer was available only after the request at the reception desk.

William at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a better room, which was spacious. The breakfast was good (eggs, bread, cereals, lots of fruits, etc). We were able to park the car on the property, which felt safe. The entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park is super close to the hotel so we could easily enter the park early in the morning. The beach is at walking distance so we enjoyed two beautiful sunsets before returning to the hotel. Nearby there are multiple restaurants.

If I have to give one point of feedback it's that the pool has seen its best days, and could use a makeover. It has a lot of potential!

It was very clean and staff very friendly

It doesn’t have enough parking space, so you have to leave the car in the parking next to the property. Which wouldn’t be so bad, but the charge is 5,000 colones from 7 to 7, which means for a day at the checking hour you pay 10,000 colones. Also, if a parking becomes available at the hotel, once they get you a spot, you cannot longer take the car out of the hotel, because they will give the spot to someone else. If you go out, means you will have to pay again the 10,000 at the parking lot next door.

Donna and her staff were outstanding. First, this property is in a great location next to the park entrance, great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was tasty and well done, some of the best coffee I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. We checked out by 8 am and went to the park for the day. Donna offered for us to use their towels and to get a shower back by the pool when we came back so we could travel to our next destination clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Donna, her staff and this locations. 5 STARS!

Excellent location when you want to visit Manuel Antonio national part, which is few steps from the hotel. Beach is located 7minutes walk. Restaurants, shops, everything is close in walking distance. Cozy place, small pool is available on site, the same as parking lot for limited amount of cars. Many wild animals and birds can be seen around, even local wild monkey joined us while having breakfast.

The outside aircon units can be noisy in the night, unfortunately there is not much hotel can do about it as every guest has the right to cool down the room

Excellent staff, very heartfelt and extremely helpful. It was very easy to receive all kinds of help and assistance, made our holiday and trip from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio safe and easy just as well as our return trip from MA to the airport. Our first room was very small but Donna arranged a large room for us for almost the rest of our stay. Isaac is also fantastic like the rest of the staff. Cleaning ladies awesome. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by amazing Dona, she took care of everything, even once on her afternoon off. Her 5☆ sence of hospitality made me feel so much at home that I extended my stay. Big room with balcony, comfy bed, fridge. A/C, good wifi. The best location only 2 min walk from the park entrance Everything is around there and the beach is only 5 min walk. Bus stop.a short stroll. No need to take a taxi. A big encouragement to the owners daughter who was replacing at the reception. Very pleasant & helpful girl.

It's strange that there was no wardrobe or any hangers. Neither hooks. I had to put my clothes on the couch. There were some issues with lamps that wasn't working. Balcony & the bedside lamps. Fortunately Dona had found a temporary solution a portable lamp

Everything was perfect. The staff is super nice. The only one thing is parking. If the hotel parking is full you have to park at private parking lot and pay a fee. We were unlucky and had to stay at private parking. But the day of our check out the staff was so nice and let us park in hotel parking for free as compensation - it was during we visited the National Park. And of course the hotel is really nice 😊
