We basically love the place — the location and basic amenities are excellent, and the staff is absolutely wonderful . The bedding is also soooo comfortable and I want to adopt the shower heads! We return every Thanksgiving.

It’s getting very pricey — The cost has almost doubled in three years. Also, our room showed signs of upkeep neglect, like water damage and chipped paint all along the window sill. This did not in any way negatively affect our stay, but still . . . The restaurant is very nice for breakfast , but NOT speedy. I would MUCH prefer a fast continental breakfast option for guests on the run, as we were.

Lydia the Sat front desk and the valet on a scale from 1-10 were an 11.

Booking booked my reservation with my 1st name as my last so they couldnt find my reservation and of course i didnt print and bring it and i didnt have email on my phone . if were not for the ingenious front desk my wife and i would have been sc.....

Good hotel bar. Didn’t use the restaurant but liked that they had it as a option. Great lighting in hotel room. Super convenient location- you can easily walk everywhere downtown.

Didn’t like that you had to pay for parking as a guest, would understand if you were just there to use the conference center but not staying at the hotel.

The staff from Joe at the very first reception to Melenie at the front desk and Rikki in the bistro who was working very hard with his waitress partner who’s name I did not get were exceptional with their enthusiasm kindness professionalism and clear effort to make us feel welcome and make the stay problem free Thank you to all of them Even as we were leaving our room a custodian was dusting the baseboards and took the time to ask us how we were and how our stay was. It’s a nice staff that make you feel welcome

The woman who checked me in was great. Very nice and very helpful. The room was great. Lots of room, very comfortable bed, nice and clean. And for our purposes the location was perfect.

The conditioner container in the bathroom was empty.

We are repeat visitors to this hotel —We’re very happy here. The facility is lovely and the staff us as wonderful as possible.

This is not a criticism, but rather a suggestion to future guests with special needs. We travel with children and with a mobility challenged adult. While the hotel is fully equipped to accommodate all needs, we found there was a learning curve to decide which entrance and which elevator was best suited our particular requirements. Also, as we learned last year, while entire staff will try to be very helpful as immediately as possible, if you have special needs try not to arrive in the midst of a major event like a convention or a “Turkey Trot.”

Everything is very nice. We return annually for Thanksgiving.

Grab bars in n the shower would be a good addition. Instead of an actual restaurant for breakfast — which can get pretty slow in busy seasons — we’d love even a light buffet option.

The hotel is nicely located in the main street and all pubs and restaurants are close. Rooms are huge, but everything a little out of date. The beds are very comfortable and the area quiet. Excellent parking option that was included.

Not much to offer on late arrival. A bar or some available simple food would be nice as everything closes early in town.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

There could have been more help in the Bistro. They seemed understaffed and overswhelmed.
