I loved everything. The beautiful, comfortable house, gorgeou s decor , great location and best of all, the amazing staff, friendly, helpful , catering to our every whim and fancy, and most of all, their great sense of humour. We had a choice of locations , from a couple of sitting rooms, balconies/terraces, pool side lounging, to gather as a family and chill. I was personally touched by the sensitivity to my needs and the security that the home provided. A special shout out to Anja and Mico , who, in their own individual styles, were ready with solutions, information and general good cheer. Thanks to Patrick, for showing me the ropes around the house. Mike, a real treasure, was awesome in every way and a comfort to have in the home. The kitchen staff, who we barely caught sight off , did an amazing job with the breakfast buffet. A home away from home , honestly, making it harder to leave.

The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and provided all the amenities we could have asked for, making our stay truly relaxing. We were particularly impressed with the stunning views of the mountais, delicious breakfasts and care that the staff had to try to help we arrange our schedules. It’s clear that your team takes great pride in ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in with us everyday on our schedule for the day and whether we needed any recommendations or booking for activities and restaurants. They also helped us book our Cape Winelands day trip. In short, we loved the stay, and we would be back the next time we're in Cape Town!

Abbey Manor was a lovely home in a great neighborhood that was walkable and also short Uber rides to all of Cape Town's attractions. The hosts were informative and friendly, special shout out to Mico for his exquisite service. Our room was on the top floor with a walkout patio and plenty of light. Bathtub was a bonus and the pool was especially inviting, with nice breakfast tables outside!

A beautiful house. Our unit to the side of the main house was lovely. Very comfortable bed. Soft drinks included. Pool good size and nice pool loungers. Delicious breakfast. Very nice welcoming hosts. Good location. I would return happily. I feel extremely guilty (message to hosts) that we dashed off without tipping your very helpful staff. Next time double tips, sorry!!!

Wonderful B&B accommodation located in a rustic residential area Oranjezicht on the slopes of Table Mountain. The staff and personnel are very kind and helpful in making the most of your stay. The attic room with access to the roof terrace (fantastic mountain panorama) was nicely decorated, well-sized, with a very comfortable bed and was cleaned daily. Room safe available. Breakfast, inside or outside at the pool, was great with a selection from the menu. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. Cafe on the corner called 'Ou Meul' available for lunch or small dinner. City center, Kloof Street, restaurants available on a short 20-25 minute walk although Uber taxis are the easiest way to go around in Cape Town. A big thank you to Dirk, Anja, Mico, Mike and the rest of the team for a wonderful stay at Abbey Manor!

Nothing comes to mind, except that light sleepers could wake up to the sounds of the Cape Doctor (south eastern) winds which can be strong in summer time.

Lovely property, staff and location. very engaging team that wants to make your stay in Cape Town as good as it can be. easy walk into the city via the company gardens which are easily accessed via a short walk down Upper Orange st.

Amazing breakfast. Great neighbourhood (definitely try the cafe down the street). The staff is knowledgable, gives you great tips for the activities and food. Tnx Mico :). If you're looking for something else than the standard hotel from a big chain, you should definitely try this one!

Lovely old house near the foot of table mountain. We had a lovely room in the attic with wonderful views of the mountain and the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable and I would say this is the most 'at home' place I have ever stayed in. A very nice, peaceful neighbourhood. Parking was on the road outside but quite safe. The staff were all great and very helpful with luggage etc. Breakfast was very nice next to a lovely pool and gardens. Would recommend and visit again.

There was no air conditioning in our room although the room description on the booking site said there was. Luckily we stayed on a relatively cool day and the attic room had lots of windows that could be opened. It might be a bit hot up in the roof on a hot summer's day. I thought it was a bit overpriced but that said it was lovely.
