The staff were excellent in every way, always engaged in your stay, lots of information and nothing too much trouble. The location needs understanding its remote and at the very end of a residential no through road, elevated so great views over Capetown. The breakfasts were really good too. Other than breakfast and the delicious high tea there is no other food provision so it's an Uber or Shuttle into town. We didn't find the bed that comfortable but thats probably just us and we weren't a huge fan of the bath shape. We felt safe, valued, cared for and well looked after so a great job by the CH team. Property is absolutely lovely as was our room. It is a bit out of the way from things. The staff are phenomenal and lovely. The breakfast, drinks, and afternoon snacks were exceptional.

The feature of transfers is great but we had some issues arranging timing of transfer (I.e transfers not ready when we needed to go to dinner and made us late for reservation). Other than that one piece of feedback, it was a fantastic stay.

Absolutely everything!! The staff make this place exceptional. They're butlers (Faseeha, Kiki, Uthman, David, Kumi and Brian), their chefs, their drivers, housekeeping team, back office and The Handyman! It's located on the last row under the Table Mountain in a quiet residential area and has a trail at its door to walk the base of Table Mountain in the morning and evening. The property is designed whereby the back faces the Table Mountain and from the front you can see the town of Cape Town all the way down to the sea. We felt at home immediately on walking through the door. They offer a scrumptious breakfast and do not offer lunch or dinner. Though that said, they offer an exquisite high tea of sweet and savoury dishes and will order you Uber Eats, have it picked. They also have a free shuttle service should you wish to have dinner in any of the many restaurants around the property. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special. We absolutely loved this boutique hotel and can't wait to visit it again.

It's difficult to find faults, but I guess the only thing would be the water pressure in the showers. Other than that, there's absolutely nothing to fault

We have been in South Africa for 6 weeks moving around so we have stayed in 10 different 5 star Hotels we can honestly say Camissa House was one of the best we were recommended by family who had stayed a few years ago and also love it, The staff were great in every way made our stay so welcoming and friendly, we loved the high tea it was such a nice touch food was delicious we also loved the breakfast the home made Granola was so good We will definitely be returning and telling our friends too also it was the last part of our stay in SA couldn’t of chosen a nicer place see you next year 🤗 Forgot to say what a good idea taking and picking up in the evening to many lovely restaurants

The staff cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond which made our stay fantastic. Stunning decor, so gorgeous. I recommend booking a room with a balcony as we had one of the few rooms that didn’t have one and were gutted to miss out on the view.

it’s very hard to say anything that we didn’t like, other than during load shedding, there was no backup generator (the only hotel we stayed in that didn’t have this meaning all power was down during those house). The only negative about this was us becoming worried because it meant the security was down. We did lose sleep knowing the electric fences and front gate were no longer working.

Amazing property, we have a mountain view that was beautiful. Nice neighbourhood close enough to reach the city centre and V&A, also good choice of restaurants near by.

The staff should be more knowledgeable about recommendations for restaurants near home. We have two amazing ones near by! Carne and Saigon.

A luxury oasis in a fabulous neighbourhood. Felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, friendly and lovely to be around. Breakfast was amazing - I loved the homemade granola so much the kind chef/staff packed a bag for me to take home on our last day.

Great, modern and very well maintained accommodation, with an incredible view both of Table Mountain and of Cape Town itself and the ocean. The residence is located at the foot of Table Mountain, where you can ideally start your hike to the top. The residence is in a beautiful neighborhood on a hill, where you can really relax by the great pool. The friendly staff will make sure you have a great time. In the evening, the hotel staff make sure you can safely get to and from your restaurant.

Beautifully located just underneath the Table Mountain in a very clean, quiet, leafy and safe part of Cape Town with a stunning views. Lovely and quiet hikes just next to the hotel. Exceptional breakfast and drinks! Free shuttle service at night to come back to the hotel from the town was a great and super convenient add on! Manager of the hotel extremely nice and very accommodating! Will stay there again!

Our room was facing the garden and therefore lacking privacy with dog walkers walking past our room in the morning. Also the city views rooms are way nicer. Door to the rest room should be from a frozen / opaque glass instead of clear one - not only it was not giving any privacy when in the loo, but also it was a bit dangerous at night as you could not see the door and risking crashing into it.

Beautiful setting and exceptional staff. All drinks and snacks are complementary. Great outside and inside area. Lovely high-tea outside at the pool. Complementary drop-off and pick-up service at restaurants within 10km radius. Altogether lovely experience.
