The staff was amazing! Four adults with 8 middle school girls to celebrate the end of their club basketball before high school. We had a bunch of pizza left over, and we offered some to the staff, and they put the remaining pizza in their fridge since the room fridges were too small to put the pizza in. They were great with the girls and made the experience wonderful!

Location was perfect. Room was nice, granted we were rarely in it. Lol

Hot tub jets were only half working. Our bathroom was rank when we got to our room like someone just used it before we got into it, but we sprayed and let it air out. Was better by the next day so wasnt too bothered

The breakfast was delicious and served right size. The front desk staff Veronica was so good and friendly. She is super helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The locks in room door were difficult to turn. It’s always good to check the door locks

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last several years. They are going through a renovation and the rooms are really nice now. Still some work going on but not intrusive. The staff is ALWAYS friendly there and helpful.

We did not eat breakfast on site because it was not included. To be honest, if I’m going to pay for breakfast it’s going to be at one of the off site breakfast spots, not a hotel breakfast.

Great location if you're in the area for a procedure at Nebraska Medical Center. Be sure to call beforehand for the medical discount. Close to great shopping areas and restaurants. Room was very clean and check in was a breeze.

Some minor maintenance things should be addressed (rusty door frames, vent in bathroom doesn't work, some rust around shower door, minor hard water stains) The bed is very hard and not comfortable.

Great location for us on our getaway, funny bone is close, vast amount of restaurants with in close proximity to the hotel. Clean, quiet room, soft pillows and medium-firm mattress was perfect for us. Pleasant staff, would stay again.

Everything from the first time walking in and leaving the hospitality was excellent. They gave us a shuttle to take my family to and brought us back when we were done during the night. Bar was amazing and the room service too 1000% recommended them to anyone. We will definitely be back for sure!

The rooms and the breakfast you do have to pay for your breakfast separately from your hotel stay !! But it was well worth it ! They take your order and make it in the kitchen!! Very nicely fresh Squeezed orange juice !!
