The location is great. The coffee shop around the corner sells delish coffee. The bed is comfortable. The room is very quiet and the on-site parking is fantastic. The staff were quick to respond to my request for a hairdryer in the room as it was missing

It’s very cold (and I don’t mean temperature wise). It could do with a rug in the living room, maybe some pillows on the couch and a bowl on the dining table. The doors in and out of the apartments are VERY loud, so expect to be woken up by your neighbour leaving early in the morning for work.

I knew basically what I was getting, due to me being a common visitor @ Hunter Studios. I like to stay somewhere that hasn't been used and abused! somewhere clean and reliable and this is what I get from your group.

I could say that East Maitland did a appear a little more weathered and worn, compared to Hunter Studios. hunter appears a little fresher and more modern.... (which likely is the case). As a clean person, I love to respect the property as if it were my own. When I see little careless damage scars, it disappoints!

It is a fully stocked and easy to access apartments that make overnight trips a breeze. Under over carports that are also very secure, big spaces for relaxing after a long day driving and stocked kitchen were all great bonuses that have kept me returning to this location for my annual drive through the Christmas every year.

The only down side was the above normal price for the apartments. It has increased substantially since I stayed here last time. Venue is the same, but price has gone up. I will however return to this location, everything is really well maintained, cleaned and stocked.

Being a new property, everything was very modern, impeccably clean and well appointed. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing. The kitchenette was fully functional and one of the reasons we chose this property. The bathroom was fabulous and the towels were huge and fluffy. The property is across the road from a hotel/restaurant and around the corner from a large convenience store. Access via the key code was easy - parking was secure and we felt very safe. The property was very quiet and we had a very restful night. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

My only negative comment would be that there was no luggage stand - I have lower back issues and bending down to access my bag on the floor was a challenge.

The location, cleanliness and comfort

Our friend staying in the studio apartment found the tiles very cold to walk on. He noticed that we had carpet in the bedroom of our apartment. My husband and I always have our own suitcases. It would have been terrific if we had two collapsible suitcase holders instead of one.

The booking process was easy. It was very quiet. The location to convenient stores and restaurants was handy. The bed is very comfortable.

The garage is not secure - the exit door is strapped to stay open. The noise from unlocking and opening the door to your room (and the outer room) is quite loud - and can wake you up if your neighbour starts work very early. The shampoo, conditioner and soaps are very small, and not convenient when rooms are not serviced daily.

No manual desk check in or out. The apartment was superclean and the aircond was great, we arrived on a 37 deg day (not overly hot) and the apartment cooled within 15 mins. The kitchenette could do light meals if you need to. Fast Wifi. Free secure undercover parking.

This is a really small issue - I like security but there were a lot of keypads between the carpark or outside entry and your room. Perhaps consolidate some locks? Particularly the door before A and B apartment?

Very comfortable , really good value for money . 3rd visit .

The only problem I had was the overwhelming bleach smell which was a great indicator that everything was clean but was strong to the point of making my eyes water . I slept with the door to balcony open and put the extra blanket on the bed . If you could find something not so strong to clean with that would be wonderful.

This was a well equipped apartment with tea/coffee, etc supplied. Good location, easy to access, parking available in the basement, handy to supermarket, Very clean and spacious. quiet. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. A couple of the light bulbs didnt work but this was attended to promptly. Easy to contact the management. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. It didnt have an oven which limits what you can cook - eg a pizza but there was a microwave.

Check in & out very streamlined. Clean modern units, nice bathroom layout with great rain shower, kitchen facilities that meet your needs while on a quick trip and an appropriate amount of instructions/labels to easily function on a new environment without being OTT.

Very sterile almost institutional feel to the building & unit. External vista from balcony & window less than ideal
