The view of the ocean was amazing, located right on the beach, staff were friendly

The cleaners deserve no money for the way they clean the apartment, I spent 3 hours wiping down everything before I could use anything. Every surface was dusty, dust and hair in every nook and corner, body hair on clean towels they provided, body hair on sheets. The mop was black when I I mopped the floors. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were full of dust, hair and food crumbs. Pillow cases were not put on properly. Apartment and reception staff were very nice, but they need to replace their cleaning service.

Great location. Great space with two separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms. Plenty of living space and awesome views

There seems to be an issue with the pipes in the building- occasionally a sulphur like smell would come through toilet/drains. We were told this is a product of the age of the building/plumbing. Didn't bother us a lot as we were out a lot. Sauna was out of order. Demolition next door and across the road Bit pricey considering the above but the location was the key factor in our decision to stay

The location was amazing. Basically right on the beach, stunning views and great facilities. It has a pool, gym (equipment is a bit old), tennis court and the apartments themselves are nice. Two bedroom, spacious and two bathrooms. Close to Tedder avenue and the stunning restaurants that they have there.

The left side of the bed was all sunken down from years of someone heavy sleeping on it. I couldn’t sleep on it the first night, so bad. Second night I slept in the single bed in the other room. I found a small Tupperware container full of mouldy bits in it under the main bed when I was cleaning up on the last day. Pretty disgusting. We threw it out.

Location right on the beach, amazing view of the ocean from the 3 rooms, size of the apartment, nice swimming pool, apartment had everything we needed, two bathrooms

I had to clean the benches, cutlery and cups before use because they were dirty. There was thick layer of dust on some of the furniture and lamps. I could hear talking from the apartment next door at times while I was in the main bedroom which made it difficult to go to sleep.

We loved the apartment, fabulous views of the ocean & close to bus stops & the beach. Clean & comfortable with all amenities required to make us feel at home. Staff accommodated our early arrival & communicated with us well before & after we arrived.

Internet access was sketchy. We stayed 7 nights, had some WiFi for the first 5 nights, had zero WiFi for the last 3 days. Disappointing.

Location and views great. Kitchen well stocked with Cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots n pans etc. Close to bus stop to Sea World and opposite direction to Broadbeach. 7 Eleven very handy and walking distance to Tedder Ave.

Apartment not as clean as should be. Very dusty under TV and Dining table areas. Behind Bedroom side tables floor very dusty. Needs TV in bedrooms. Apartment a bit tired, needs painting to spruce it up.

The BBQ, the pool, car park was all good. Apartment was private and quiet. Good ocean view. The gym.

The cupboards, oven, fridge outside all needed to be cleaned better. There was marks of grease or other type grim. The sofa was not very comfortable because it didn't provide head rest. A spa would have been beneficial for body relaxation. The TV was losing reception probably needed a check by hotel management. Room 30 level 9. When ever you walked by the TV the it would lose reception.

Very spacious, really well equipped and had a full laundry. Having two bathrooms, two seperate bedrooms plus a huge living and dining area was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked too so we could easily make our meals. Would definitely stay again.

A proper duvet instead of a coverlet would have been more comfortable

We really like the friendly staff and the easy access to the beach and trams. The pool was nice and refreshing and the whole place including the lifts was very clean.

Nothing really maybe little more information in each room to do with taxis and tram location and running times.

Location, was easy access to the beach and within walking distance to most places. The unit was comfortable and had great views

Couldn’t get Netflix on the tv, and only had a couple of live tv channels, not that this was a big issue
