The location of this hotel is fantastic—just a short walk to Broadway and a quick Uber ride to the Gulch and other popular areas. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. Plus, the elevators were impressively fast, which is a nice change from the slow elevators I’ve experienced at other hotels in Nashville. The bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed by the request to pay a fee for checking in just an hour early, especially since my room was already ready. As someone who travels frequently, I’ve never encountered that before, and it felt unreasonable given the cost of my 5-day stay. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. Additionally, our room faced the street, and the noise was quite disruptive—cars revving their engines throughout the night and frequent sirens made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep.

The room was large with a lovely seating area and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was large and lots of clean white towels. Good toiletries. The view was fabulous and location very good as close, walking distance to the main areas. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room and all of the reception and lounge areas were very cold. This meant we couldn't sit there and eat an evening meal or just enjoy sitting in the lovely lounge area. The breakfast was only adequate. There was a lack of choice and variety. We stayed for 6 nights so we're aware of it. Seemed to run out of food. On a couple of occasions we asked for something to be replaced, milk for example, but they said there was no more. But then on one occasion did replace it. At times, on the weekend, there was not enough seating for everyone. Often there was no ceramic mugs only paper cups and sometimes plastic knives and forks and polystyrene plates. They just didn't seem to have enough of anything really.

Every morning the jack hammers started in the adjacent building, and in a city where sleeping in a bit past 8am is routine, it was impossible to do. If there had been notice of the construction next door before booking I would have gone to a different Hyatt. Not a huge deal, but it's a weekend, you know there are huge crowds coming in and how many are in your hotel, and you charge premium prices per night, and you run out of silverware and dishes each morning for the "free" breakfast? Someone in customer service has to know when your guests pay the rates they do, and you advertise the best breakfast, your guests expect to have available clean silverware and bowls and plates no matter what time they come down for breakfast or how many rooms are booked. Cmon, its the start of the day...

location, used the parking lot across the street from the hotel. Easy access. Great breakfast pancake place across the street.

Front desk staff were all on their personal phones. 1 elevator out of service. Front desk staff did not let us know that you have to use your room key inside of elevator in order to get to our room. It does say it inside the elevator, but when you have all your luggage and overwhelmed, I did not notice the sign in the elevator.

Easy walk to Broadway and the major attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Valet parking was very disappointing for $50 per day. On arrival, we had to retrieve the luggage carrier and unpacked our own bags, despite the fact that the valet was standing @ his counter curb side, busy with his phone. Then when we checked out, I sent a text message as requested before going downstairs. Waited for 20 minutes, asked the front desk for help twice and then the valet brought up the wrong car. Very poor service.

We were extremely happy with the front desk, friendliness, and accommodation. The room itself was clean and roomy enough with a nice seating area and well laid out. The bedding was very comfortable with nice linens. overall, we were very happy with the room. The exercise room was clean, and in good condition The Breakfast was also excellent. We did not use the pool

We had no complaints at all about the property. If there was a hot tub by the pool, that would have been the only improvement. As it was, we were not tempted to try the pool.

Free Breakfast is amazing, the staff is so friendly and caring. We stayed for a week, went to Florida for two weeks, came back and stayed two nights to break up drive back to Wisconsin and they all recognized us right away! Love the location, we could walk everywhere we needed to go!

I wish the cost wasn't so high, but we feel its okay because of all the positives.

Either the booking system or staff charged me for the room two different prices on two different cards. The issue was resolved but staff seemed unsure about the questions I asked. I had also told them I did valet parking and they charged me for self parking on my card and I kept getting texts that I needed to pay my parking. Another staff member told me we were suppose to pay it through a third party instead of the desk. I was so confused! They may have been new.

Location was great! Room and view were amazing! Breakfast was also better than expected!

The parking situation is horrible! I was aware of the cost 42$ a night and was willing to pay it however when you get there there are no signs telling you where you should park and when you do find the entrance you can’t get without a key card. Push button for assistance goes to a voicemail. We waited 20 minutes for someone to help us get in.

We liked being close to everything. We liked the young guy on the Valet. He was a hustler! Wish I knew his name.

We didn’t like the air conditioning vent blowing on the bed! The sliding glass door entrance to the bathroom would NOT stay shut unless locked. There wasn’t any small light to leave on to lead you to the bed or bathroom. Couldn’t leave the bathroom light on, because it was too bright coming through the glass door. There wasn’t a ice machine on our floor. Had to go to another floor! The room card didn’t work half the time in the elevator when trying to go up. It would not pick up!
