The vintage.... Balcony... Nice and calm... It was a beautiful time and we will cherish it.

There is no health faucet there... Tissue's provided. So lil task for other than Europeans lifestyle. Other Than it was sooo nice .

An amazing host and a wonderful place! We appreciate our stay at this location very much and we highly reccomand it! Memorable aspects: the host greated us when we arrived (after dinner) and kindly offered to bring us something to eat after our long plane flight. Each morning either Fabrizzio or Sarah brought the breakfast and served us with various tasty omlets. Fruit dessert, juice, coffee, joghurt. One day Fabrizzio even brought us pancakes! The hosts have a maid and she is very nice, helpful with information and kind. About the location: a residential house, in a nice neighbourhood. Close to metro stationa and bus stations. You have enough space to chill inside and outside (balcony or pool facilities). The bedsheets are of high quality (much better than what hotels offer, great bed). We really had a good night’s sleep each night! The host sent us many reccomdations: what to visit, where to eat. We kindly thank them for their kindness and professionalism and we reccomand to anyone to book a stay at Fabrizzio and Sarah! Wish you all the best!

the vacation was too short

The house is located in an area with small villas, with a lot of vegetation, peace, cleanliness and privacy. The hosts are very kind. We were impressed by the breakfast and the comfort on the terrace with many flowers. Very close is the private pool, where you can relax. The metro station is close and connects to all points of interest in Dubai. The room is very generous, with a private bathroom. A perfect place for vacation, where you feel at home, far from the noisy area. We recommend wholeheartedly.

The place is great, we stayed here for 6 nights and it is really very cool. There is a metro nearby but we liked this huge green area the most in Dubai, lots of flowers and birds, there is also a small shopping center nearby. There is a pool quite large and clean a few steps away from the villa. The villa is rented out with 2 separate bedrooms from which there is access to the common area on the second floor, the rest of the villa is only used by the owners. The breakfasts were great, very tasty. Inside was clean, very soft bed and nice linens.

The place was cozy and quite. My husband is very picky in places but i was surprise and he comment about the place that he liked it. He had a great deep sleep and rest and welcome a morning breakfast. Big thanks to ms.mabel for very accomodating and assistance all throughout. I highly recommend this property if you need to have peace and quite to stay. I would definitely come back to have longer stay. 🥰🥰🥰

thank you for your hospitality, i had a very pleasant stay at the house,and i feel like im staying im my house.so quiet, comfortable safely and secured. I had a great service and tasty breakfast so healthy.and i meet his wife,she was so nice person and they understand the Visitor.I hope everyone try this experience .and i will do it again,because i love it more then to stay at hotels.clean and have everything you need.even the nanny very helpful.

Everything was beyond my expectations

Good location close to metro. Green verdant gardens. Multiple community pools. Kind and helpful hosts who actually live in the property rather than huge anonymous AirBnB Dubai landlord companies. Excellent breakfast.

It’s a B&B. It does everything a B&B should. Nothing to dislike.

Easy check in, room better than advertised, great location in Green Community, superb breakfast / service. Really liked the living space, and the hosts. close to pool, and amenities.

A desk to work at would have been useful. I lived in Green community for years, thoroughly enjoying its lush greenery, peaceful evening walks and deep sleeps. However the rented rooms overlook the main road, specifically a roundabout with speed bumps, so lots of breaking / acceleration which was disturbing for me but many places in Dubai are noisy, so not faulting the hosts.

It was a beautiful house, close to metro and bus stop, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Mabel, the housekeeper, was an amazing companion for guests! She makes delicious breakfasts, and helps us in everything she could in a friendly way! The house also had quite nice facilities like coffeemaker machine, breads, milk, tea, chocolates, toaster, ...

Nothing. Everything was great! 🙂

It's a home with freedom to enjoy your trip, great service and flexible in my arrival and departure. Every day my breakfast was served by Maybel who is such a nice considerate I dividual, showing great respect and warmth on behalf of the hosts. There is no concern to me that this is a home and not hotel, as long as you respect that as a situation it's simple to stay here. Great access to the main roads, two easy to get to hypermarkets with a great fresh selection of items and very reasonably priced. The main metro station is easily a short walk away which again gives you the flexibility of using this property as a very sensible base to get back into downtown Dubai. This is my first time home staying and this particular hist really epitomises what I like about visiting the UAE, spotless inside and if your a runner then the green community is a peaceful area to run in, along with a couple of local gyms in the immediate area. My next visit in 2023 will take in a return visit here and as my wife is a vegan I know I can supply items specifically for her and knowing Maybel will facilitate without issue, this is something still a task when using lots of the big hotels within the UAE. Thanks to the hosts for accommodating my silly 3:00am arrival and 1:30 departure without issue, again this set my stay on the right and positive start from the beginning to the end. Brilliant is all I can say.
