I really liked the hotel. Large modern lobby, there is always water with lemon and coffee. A very pleasant manager quickly arranged our settlement. It's a great room. Comfortable, clean, warm, odorless. There is coffee, microwave, refrigerator. A comfortable bed, clean linen, a nice fluffy blanket. The bathroom is nice, there are jars of good shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Good pressure and water temperature. A good breakfast: English muffin, turkey cutlets, delicious omelet with cheese, toast, waffles, yogurt, porridge in bags, good juices, coffee.

You need to add shower gel

The breakfast was great, and stayed open til 9:30. Eggs, waffles, juice, yogurt, cereal. Plenty for everyone. And it was the only place we stayed in 11 days where we were able to ask the guy behind the desk for restaurant suggestions. Large room, luggage rack.

Elevator needed minor repairs.

Breakfast was good. Attendant kept everything stocked and warm where needed.

in the gym, I had trouble using the TV remote, and the step up to the bike was not easy to see. The elevator seemed like it could use maintenance.

This was our fourth time staying here. Our daughter attends college in Baton Rouge so this is our go to hotel when we visit. The breakfast is always good and staff is very friendly and helpful. And the sparkling lemon water is a bonus coming in or going out!

The elevator often worries me, it seems to need some attention.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to, close to where we needed to go and close to I-10. The breakfast offered was above my expectations, offering eggs and sausage! It was awesome! In all the times I’ve stayed in hotels, I don’t usually find the staff that friendly. I’m pleased to say that this was not the case here. Thank you so much to Heather and Kendrick for being so nice from the start, remembering us every time we came back to the hotel and promptly taking care of a couple of things we needed. The tv told us that the remote needed batteries and the maintenance man was prompt and also very friendly! Having had a career in the hotel industry, I tend to pay attention to details and I told the staff before leaving how nice the stay was and how much I enjoyed my stay.

Nothing that I could think of, really, except that maybe a TV guide would have been nice. But it was not a big issue.

The receptionist of the night a brunette woman didn't let my visit in because she said that the time was not suitable for a visit, if for that I paid for a service it's a hotel you can visit me whoever I want 🙄

It was a clean, neat facility. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom didn't have toiletries, but the staff quickly brought some and made sure everything is in order. The location is close to everything. I like it.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel the staff was wonderful the food was good it was nice and quiet it was restful I enjoyed myself thank you so much.

When I went downstairs to ask for towels and the lady said I had to give her my towels to get more towels I just wish they had a sign to explain that cuz I had to make two trips I had to come back upstairs and go back downstairs again to get towels that's what I didn't like.

Staff was gracious understanding and comforting during my time of need. Especially Heather she was so patient sweet and reliable give her a raise she is truly the face of this location and goes above and beyond to make you feel comforted.

This is a nice, well maintained property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was beyond my expectations.

It is difficult to get into and out of the neighborhood.
