Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating , has a beautiful reception area. Secure parking as well. Room was very clean and comfortable they even had makeup remover and soaps and shampoo and conditioner so no need to bring your own! Great location for us as our son is currently in the hospital.

Nothing everything was great they even did a complete clean for our room after our first night which we definitely weren't expecting so nice !

The bed were comfy and there was a pool and Spa available. Good tea and coffee facility.

There was a weird smell in our room and around the other rooms as well. As well as the air conditioning making a really loud noise. The walls were mucky by the bedroom full length mirror and some on the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. The only hot food was scrambled egg and boiled eggs no meat or veg(beans,tomatoes, mushrooms) The rest is cereal, toast and a few pastries. But they had no butter.

The pool was at a warm temperature great for relaxing with integrated seating. Felt like I was in my home in the fitness centre. Bed was really comfortable, I slept very well. I would personally prefer an extra blanket as I like heavier blankets on top of me. Great toiletries were provided! Dove brand! This was a first for me; I was surprised it was like the cherry on top! And they had a laundry mat!

The breakfast was ok, could be more offerings like bacon or sausage. The guy cleaning the lobby was so nice and friendly. The room was clean

We had to pay extra for parking in the parking lot! There was some sort of convention going on and the lobby was so crowded. The lady behind the counter wasn't the friendliest. The windows were so dirty we couldn't hardly see out of them. Lots of tripping hazards in the rooms

The room nice and spacious. Staff was very accommodating. Facilities were great from the gym, pool and laundry. I could easily have a lazy day at this hotel I loved the location as it was a 10 minute walk to metro. Great selection for breakfast too. I loved that the hotel accommodated me as they gave me a map so I navigate around Downtown Montreal.

I was a little concerned that it would be a little loud as it is located on a busy road. It didn't disturb me.

It was a wonderful journey there.The stuffs are very friendly and helpful.The rooms are very clean and big.The pool was warm and clean.There is a big lot parking for the cars.The breakfast was delicious.I really like everything in the hotel.

Breakfast is good- hotel can add some hot meat like sausage links or sausages, pan cakes etc. Some days they have scrambled eggs but not always. Room very nicely kept, bathroom is very welcoming and you feel safe to use even showers. Bed, it's very confortable

Pool is not inviting at all, hotel needs to do somethig to make that an attractive item on the list of their amenities.

The check in process was quick and easy. They have a very nice, small pool. The bed was very comfortable. Nice continental breakfast in the morning.

They had issues with the heat on my floor but did offer to bring up more blankets when I called about it.

When we told the front desk we had to check out early in the am before breakfast they immediately offered to bring us a boxed breakfast to keep in our room fridge overnight so that we would have breakfast in the morning. Nicest hotel staff i have ever had!

limited parking- if paying for parking no guarantees you’ll get a spot, thin walls-can hear others, air conditioning working-but wish it would go cooler especially on the hotter days, and pool is a lot smaller than anticipated
