Awesome cozy quiet place to sleep! Nice big bathroom with hot shower. Stove and small fridge. Excellent location: restaurants, walk to Old Town Square, etc. Are very well!

A little smaller than I thought. Hard to contact the receptionist when you can’t make calls abroad on your Canadian phone. BUT easy to reach on WhatsApp.

The “contactless reception” implies no personal contact with a host. One checks in (and can pay by card) at a terminal by providing passport numbers, visas etc., whereafter the plastic room passes are produced by a machine. There is a telephone number to call for advice during working hours. Check-in before arrival is possible (and may be advisable), but Booking.com removed the link sent by Zeitraum. The terminal check-in did not work for us, an unknown error was repeatedly returned. Fortunately there happened to be a physical person in the office, who knew how to make the system work. The problem may have been due to a poor interface between the Booking.com and Zeitraum automated IT systems.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, in the city center. The room was clean, comfy and well-equipped. There was everything that I needed: enough towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, strong wi-fi signal.

There was no bottled water in the room. It would have been nice to have it there.

Very good helpful staff. You always can count on them. You can just call and they will explain everything. Very helpful. Clean. Everything needed were. Calm and cozy.

Firstly it was hard to figure out how electricity works. Had small problem with a refrigerator. When I lived my apartment I was taking the card with me. So, when I was not in my apartment, the refrigerator didn't work. It wasn't good for food there and also There was melted water when I came back. It wasn't a big problem for me, so I didn't bother to find out why and call support, although I probably should have.

The location was great, very easy to find and the apartment itself was very nice, modern, very clean, warm and comfortable. It was overall amazing and also peaceful and close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, museums, tram, metro and historical city centre.

I just find the self check in a lobby over the computer unnecessary, as I did it online and then I basically still had to do it after the arrival.. and I came late and tired and it was frustrating as it didn’t want to scan my passport. Also u would love to have more cups/glasses in the apartment and more shelves in the bathroom.

A nice and modern apartment in the heart of the city. The studio apartment is luminous with high ceilings, and an efficient heating system. It comes with good sound proof windows and walls. Complimentary coffee and tea is also included.

Someone from the staff opened the door of my apartment without knocking nor saying anything, and without apologizing. Check-in at the reception could be a bit faster. On the second day, l requested by written message a cleaning of the apartment for the day after, as stated in their policies, which has been confirmed. However, the day after, the cleaning has unfortunately not been made, but instead, they delivered only new towels…

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to all major attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The Espresso was a nice touch. It was very cold on the night we arrived. The next morning I tried asking a staff member (via google translate as she spoke no English) how to turn on the heat. She gave us a radiator as the heat was already on maximum..

On the second morning we were woken up by the sound of pounding and drilling which started early in the morning. When tried to ask the same nice staff member from the previous day what the racket is about she just referred me to the reception. Only, the reception is open between 11:00-15:00 (when most tourists are out), so there was actually no one to talk to.

Clean, spacious and very well equipped particularly the kitchen facilities. Every kind of appliance you could need, including washing liquid, sponge and dishwasher tablets. Washing machine in bathroom. Nice welcome package of biscuits and teabags/coffee pods. Beds were comfortable, all linen including towels provided. Hairdryer and soap/showergel provided. Location about 20mins walk from the old town, but easy to get to and a pleasant and scenic walk. We arrived late and the contactless check in was seamless, all details as they said they would be. We had an issue on arrival with some electrics being off, I phoned the number and through some very good English on their part (even though they thought not!) they were happy to send someone to help out, and that was 11:45pm!! We managed to fix it ourselves so not needed but I get the feeling nothing would have been too much trouble. Check out was easy, and they provided free bag storage as we weren’t due to leave until later that evening. All staff we encountered were very happy and friendly, would happily stay there again.

The apartment needs more mirrors! There was only one in the bathroom, which for a family with 2 teenagers made it hard to get ready in the mornings! Could definitely use one in the bedroom, at least. Some hooks in the reception area would be useful, or at least on the back of doors for hanging coats/scarves etc.

I vas a fantastic stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the ease of the auto check-in process; it was simple and efficient. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions or inquiries I had. Their promptness and willingness to assist made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Lovely stylish apartments. We stayed in a studio and had most things we needed - tv, table & chairs, wardrobe, kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (with pods!) and kettle. Very clean apart from a few bits of dust behind the corners/doors. Good location, short walk to the old town and good amenities nearby. Only a 5 min walk to Wenceslas square. Contactless check in was lengthy but that was my own fault for not providing the information before arrival.

The room only had one mirror in the bathroom. Would have been good to have a full length mirror in the apartment somewhere. More luggage storage facilities would also be good. The luggage storage room was full on the day we checked out (save for one small locker that would probably only fit a backpack) so we had to use other facilities in town and pay.
