The location is great, right in the heart of Cronulla. Great place to enjoy the beach and a lively neighbourhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special, even adding a gift and a handwritten card for my husband's birthday. The pool and spa are very pleasant and clean. Overall, we had a great stay.

The bathroom could do with remodelling. The shower above an old bathtub can not be adjusted and is very uncomfortable for tall people. Installation of a rain shower head in the ceiling would help in the absence of a walk-in shower. Considering the price per night, I would expect a slightly more modern facility.

The room, was nice, there was a bar smoking area on the bottom floor which got loud. But we had view of the ocean. The room was good size. And free parking was nice. Easy to access. Many restaurants around us. And a cinema across the road. And a hotel downstairs. They made you feel important.

Very small details, and maybe due to taste or preference, the pillows were way too soft, they were nice. Did ask for firm, said did not have any left. I went and bought pillows. The shower could do with a curtain or sliding door as the water goes all over the floor, when asked I was provided with a second bath mat. The shower itself made for 150cm people, maybe they forgot they were adding bathtub when they but shower in, could be fixed easily. No ring for hand towel or hook for towel when in the shower. Shower was large and water pressure was good.

The shower in my room was not working properly. Water wasn't flowing well and the temperature jumps from hot to cold without any adjustments. When the shower was turned on, it makes a very loud noise. I think the shower head needs maintenance. It is Room 5 on Level 1, if you want to know. Also because the room is above the club downstairs, the noise bothered me for a while but I was able to sleep once they shut for for the day.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, fabulous room with ocean view, walking distance to an abundance of food, straight across the road from the beach, beautiful to watch the sunrise. I felt very safe walking to the beach before the sun was up, plenty of people around and some of the cafes were starting to open for breakfast also. I had a fabulously relaxing 2 days. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be staying here again. Also a bonus was free car parking.

Location was perfect. The studio was very clean and had a nice outlook. Towels were good in the bathroom. Modern furnishings in living area.

The bathroom. It had no fan or heating. The shower was difficult to use as you had to climb in and out of a very deep slippery bath and the shower head was too low and small. Paid extra for an executive studio so this was disappointing. Also paying extra for parking, which i had not expected on booking.

Location is excellent, 2 min walk to the beach and lots of cafes/shops around. You can hear noise from Northies but isn't terrible, I just used white noise to block it out and stops at a certain time. Loved the chocolate and water that was left in the room as a greeting too.

$400 a night for Cronulla for a somewhat aged hotel is very expensive but was there for a wedding so had no choice. Keys are literal keys, not swipe cards like most hotels these days. Not a big deal but is annoying when your hands are full.

Great location. Close to everything. There's a walking trail close by, many cafes, restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. Easy to access and mostly a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was great. Staff were helpful. The room was serviced, and beautiful shower products made it extra special.

Bed was too close to the wardrobe, and it was hard to move around it. The shower was slippery, and it was hard to get into it. We needed to hold carefully to avoid tripping over.

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING, SPACIOUS AND THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM OUR VERANDAH, EVEN MORE EXCITING THE PUB DOWNSTAIRS FOR COCKTAILS AND DINNER, JUST OVERALL A FANTASTIC NIGHT STAY OVER, STAFF WERE LOVELY THE POOL FACILITIES WERE JUST EXCELLENT, SO WE APPRECIATED STAYING WITH QUEST.

I COULD HONESTLY SAY THAT THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, ALL THE KITCHEN FACILITY THE LOUNGE ROOM AREA SEATING ON THE VERANDAH - WE COULD NOT FAULT THIS UNIT SO LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY.

The staff from the front desk to the cleaners were very happy and friendly and ready to assist with any request. It was a pleasure to stay there at Cronulla. I will definitely go back there again and will happily recommend Quest Cronulla to family and friends.

The bath was dangerously slippery and I feel the staff should have warned me on check in. Apart from that everything was faultless.

The personalised touch from the staff was fantastic! We left our bags there 4 days before we checked in as heading to Brisbane. Got there and the bags were already in the room, choccies and a lovely note from the staff! Lovely place to stay and will be back next year!

Probably the noise, not from Northies underneath more from Zinc bar quite far across the road. This isn't Quests fault however.
