Perfect little apartment; washer + dryer, lots of space, real plants, amazing breakfast, friendly staff (thanks Annie and Peter but to everyone too but I don’t have all the names), super close to beach, lots of thoughtful touches like towels and beach basket, detergent, wonderful in house wash products, refillable water bottles, lots of hangers; partial sea view, big bathtub, bright and sunny because of big windows, interesting Palm Springs inspiration decor (modern, funky and bold), cute bar, great location with coffee shops, eateries and massage places nearby. They take the environmental angle seriously. Would stay again!

faint sewer smell from bathroom (we used a fan and opened windows), some night bands at bar one night (but ends around 10.30/11pm), bathtub was not cleaned when we checked in (hair, sand and grime) so we cleaned it ourselves. Would still recommend!

The facilities were immaculate,the staff went over and above to assist in any and every way. My room faced the ocean and one of the features that I enjoyed very much was the enormous glass window which made gazing at the ocean/ beach breathtaking. Let's not forget the amazing breakfast

Our 9 nights stay at Pama was very good. The room is so clean and the design of the room so beautifully done. The bed is so comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and polite. The most memorable part of staying at Pama was breakfast. For a boutique hotel, the spread was like 5 star hotels. Always yummy and never boring. The breakfast staff always greeted us with such warmth every morning. One particular male breakfast staff always greeted us with a genuine smile and warmth... it never felt like it was forced. His services to all the patrons were excellent.

Only complaint I have is when I booked for a massage. I clearly stated that "I" wanted body massage and a facial. When I turned up to the center, the staff said I booked for 2 people. The staff at the bar area who booked my appointment came to chat with me. Instead of apologising for her mistake she was trying to argue with me. This was a little upsetting. I would recommend to this staff, next time please repeat the request. That is double check.

PĀMA Boutique Hotel in Đà Nẵng is a hidden gem steps from Mỹ Khê Beach. The staff greet you by name, solve problems before you notice them, and genuinely care about your stay. Rooms are spotless and stylish, with king beds, rain showers, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful extras like locally roasted coffee. Add a rooftop lounge, small spa, and generous breakfast buffet, and you have four-star comforts for a mid-range rate. It’s such great value for money that I honestly struggle to see how they make a profit while treating guests this well. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The room was on the 7th floor with plenty of room for all 3 of us and our suitcases and a view of the sea and beach too. We had delicious breakfast every morning with various options ranging from different kind of fruits to bakery and soups, to fresh scrambled eggs. The staff is also really friendly and nice. All in all this was the best hotel we had in Vietnam out of the 3 we have stayed in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh. It is very close to great restaurants, and most importantly to the beach. I loved the whole vibe of the hotel and how clean it was.

Two of our friends stayed in a separate room (a more expensive one with washing machine) on the 9th floor and the room was so loud that they could barely sleep. The noise came from multiple ACs outside their window. They raised the issue, but got no compensation at all. It is sad, that we had such a great experience here, while our friends had the worst. This is the only reason I give 9 out of 10 points.

All the amenities are of good quality. Not beachfront but really good location. I didn’t go to the ground floor bar but walked past and it looked very interesting. They even serve bier vom fass for anyone out there that likes german beer. Breakfast actually amazed us with the quality and the dishes actually taste quite local and authentic. They do have a few basic western options but who wants that there. Coffee wasn’t great but they do serve for free.

Overall staff were really nice and helpful. Especially the housekeeping lady and breakfast staff. But the front desk lady did bug me a bit that she was barely there to be found and she never greeted us when she was there. I said hi to other staff and they all greeted with smile . I really hope this message reaches someone in the team and I would hate if she gets scolded. Just change for other guests as it’s really not a good look.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 11 days in Feb 2025. As the hotel was pretty new, the room was pristine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. The breakfast in this hotel is great, although the spread is not too large. You can expect bread, croissant, bahn mi, pho or similar broth noodles, vietnam delicacies, meat stew, salad and lot of fruits etc. They also offer eggs cooked to your liking. Pro tip: heat up your Bahn Mi, bread or croissant in the air fryer located at the bread corner. The room was not too big but there were sufficient space to place your luggage. In the room that I stayed (for 3 people), there was a bathtub and rain shower. Water pressure and heater was fine. There was also air conditioner in the room. The amenities include shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush with paste, comb, cotton buds, shaver kit, shower cap and comb. They also offer tv, hair dryer, kettle, safe, weighing machine. Additional towels and slippers are also provided for your use to the beach. The beach is very near and there are lots of good restaurants around. We liked especially this restaurant, Cơm tấm Út Vân which serves predominately Vietnamese dishes. We ate bahn xeo, bahn cha, com tam, beef pho and they were delicious and cheap to boot. For convenience store, we went to A-mart which is just around the corner. There were plenty of good coffee shops around such as Highlands and also Bread and Butter. However we really like the coffee at Cafe Cửa Ngõ which is within walking distance but further away. The service staff were excellent and always smiling which really helps to brighten your day. There was once when upon entering the room, and about to bath, we found the shower gel to be completely empty. A call to the reception did the trick, and within 5 mins, the receptionist was knocking on the door with a full bottle! Most of the staff were able to converse with simple english.

We did laundry with the hotel and was charged 30000VND which was reasonable as you just had to bring your luggage to the receptionist in the morning and retrieve it at night. However we found an extra cap (which we returned) and lost a pair of well battered jeans!

Panoramic view of the beach from my room. The hotel is close to all things I want to do. Room is spacious. The shower room is not what I expected. The drain is by the toilet (not directly at the shower room floor), so the water does not flow properly. It was okay, but I would prefer a better drain system in the shower room and dry toilet floor. Breakfast is good, but limited sitting area (feels crowded). Bed is comfortable, but pillows are not to my liking (too soft and too bulky). They have beach towels we can use, and also a hat! which is a plus. The curtains in my room need fixing. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

The design of the hotel, starting from the bar till the rooms. Very interesting project. The premises are very clean, they give you a beautiful bathrobe, a Teddy panda :-), there is drinking water available in the room for free, instant coffee and ice tea. Beds are very comfortable. The sea view is in all (if I am not mistaken) rooms. Free sauna and Turkish bath (I don't recommend it as you have sauna all over the clock on the streets lol). The breakfast is very complete. With a lot of fruits, yoghurt, and pastry. The Asian buffet looked nice although we had a European breakfast in this hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. Very good localisation. Next to a have it all street. You can reach the each in 3 minutes as well. the hotel also offers live music some evenings.

There is probably not enough words for me to describe how I adore absolutely everything about this hotel, this is the best place so far in Vietnam, we stayed in this hotel last year and this year, and would love to come back. Room It is cozy, but you have everything you might need, and all the details are just stunning - Laifen hair dryer, small fridge, natural organic shower gel, shampoo, face cleanser, all other amenities, also silk bathrobes, slippers, bag with 2 beach towels and even a steam iron! They also provide you with water in glass, which is a place compared to all other places in Vietnam when it’s all packed with lots of plastic. Location Great central location, with lots of restaurants and shops around, coffee and pharmacies. It takes you max 5 min to get to the main beach. Breakfast Totally one of the best! You can compare it with 5 star hotels in Phu Quoc - huge variety of Vietnamese food, eggs, big amount of vegetables, fruits, also you always have fresh juice, coconut water, coffee , soy milk and some sweet treats - both local and European. Other They have live music on some of the days, and we were lucky to listen to one probably Russian guy and his band singing on 8th of March - it was one the strongest and most beautiful voices that I heard. Also they have a mini schnauzer, he/she is adorable!

Some weak points, but for us it meant not a lot, probably might for someone else: - no swimming pool - banh bao 😄 - there is a guy who stands right outside the hotel from early morning till probably 2 am selling banh bao - he has this loud speaker and it repeats “banh bao” every minute probably - rooms are not big, especially standard ones, so if you have lots of stuff, better book bigger room - a bit noisy - as everywhere probably in Vietnam
