I like the location because it's closer to Algurair Mall. I used to do all my shopping there. All the staff are so nice.. and it's near the Union metro station too.

I don't like the breakfast, it's mostly all Indian food. I paid for a Deluxe double room which is very large and spacious . There's two people so it's supposed to have two bedside tables but unfortunately only was available. Even I asked for a second one they said they don't have. No floor carpet. I was with my sister on that trip so she got very disappointed and said that she will never return to this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel during a short layover in Dubai. The hotel is located within walking distance of Al-Ghurair mall on backstreet facing away from the main Al-Rigga Road. The hotel is a short walking distance from Al-Rigga metro station and is near busy street full of restaurants and business. Price was very reasonable. Room was wonderful and checking quick. Generally great experience.

LOL, This is Dubai. It is what it is. Adjust your expectations based on Price. (If you overpay, they will never refund you) This is Dubai-wide, so just be aware. This is mainly because all the Hotels are Indian-run, and in their culture, if they get your money, no matter the issue, you will have a better chance of walking to the moon before they give it back. I still like the place; I know how to navigate the country's pitfalls.

Spent about a week here and had an absolute amazing stay. The location is perfect for anyone doing business, looking for a good-for-value stay. Our rooms were especially maintained clean by Faza. Faza ensured we had everything we needed as well as Abdullah at reception. Staff is very friendly and we will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was delicious though it did make me a bit sick. Could be due to my sensitive stomach though. But overall a wonderful stay.

My husband and I really liked the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. Especially Lubna on reception along with her other colleagues. In the restaurant, Uttam was very helpful (especially his milk tea was perfect), as well as Idrees and the girl. They were all amazing people. During our stay we were very comfortable there. Atmosphere was very family friendly, and the hotel was located in the heart of the town with 25 hours of restaurants and convenient stores. Our whole stay was very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to going back again. ( The buffet food was good, too)

Brealfast was awesome as we had planty of choices to eat & for Location it was best because it was only on 550 Mtr distance from Al Rega Metro Station from which we can connect most of Places in Dubai. Also we had Lunch here which was very tasty. Also they allowed us to keep our Luguege bans in Lobby after check out as we had flight at night & we wanted to roam in Dubai t till flight time.
