Perfect little place! Pat was very lovely and happy to help if we needed anything. The kitchen was great and had absolutely everything you could need. Lovely continental breakfast included, thank you! Walking distance to the shops and local restaurants! Beautiful view, lovely and clean inside! Thank you for having us!

A clean and comfortable room. Plenty of breakfast options. A short walk to the township with its cafes and bars, and the lovely white sand beach. A sliver of sea and a spectacular sunset from the window of the property.

I can't think of how it could be improved. It was perfect for us for a couple of days.

Room was beautiful with view of ocean. Hosts wonderful and welcoming able to suggest good restaurants. Everything was very clean had a full kitchen which is great if you are staying a few days. Breakfast cereal and yogurt and plenty of coffee. Loved this place!!!

Roomy apartment with all basic necessities, comfortable bed, breakfast provided, parking on site, friendly, helpful hosts, good base to explore Coromandel peninsula. Recommend.

This accommodation is in a lovely setting with a pretty view, close to the main centre. The owners were welcoming & friendly. They provided breakfast supplies. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed & a very clean bathroom. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to stay over the summer holidays! Pat and Keith were great, friendly hosts who were super accommodating our entire stay :) we came home each day to fresh towels, linen and a stocked breakfast. The suite is perfect for a couple and has everything you need, including a large fridge, all the cooking amenities you need, good shower pressure, an 8 minute walk to the township, Waihi Pub and the beach, what more could you want! Thanks again for having us :) we had a perfect stay!

In a great location. Host was extremely helpful. Dry clean and large comfortable bed. Everything you could possible need to cook a full meal if you wanted too. Plenty of tea, coffee sugar milk, etc and added bonus of breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Breakfast was included in the room rate, great choice of cereals and fruit, toast and choice of spreads, lovely not to have to go out and find somewhere to eat. The hosts were very welcoming.

No complaints, would stay here again if back in Waihi Beach.

We have stayed before, so felt lucky to get back in for a short stay again. This studio is very quiet and with a nice outlook, nice garden and very nice friendly hosts, who are pleasant and do not hassle their guests. Clean towels each day and basic's for breakfast there for you as well, . Once again like most Book.com places the cleaning cost is built in so no big clean up at the end or the carry on of waiting for the inspection at the end.

A great location with sea view from the room. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice, plunger coffee!! Comfortable, exceptionally clean, helpful friendly hosts. Will stay there again.
