Great location, walking distance to lake, Parliament, shops and restaurants. Only a short drive to see other sights. Staff were friendly and there is parking available onsite. They provided a high chair for our baby and they also offered a travel cot but we had our own.

As other reviews have mentioned there is an open slot in the window of the bathroom for ventilation. This makes the bathroom freezing cold. The bed was also a little bit uncomfortable but definitely fine for a few nights. Probably could be rectified with a mattress topper. We managed okay with the cold bathroom by just keeping the sliding door shut and using a jumper to stop the draft coming under the door. There is an aircon in the main room and we found a small electric heater in the cupboard for the bedroom which worked perfectly. None of the negatives were a deal breaker and we would stay here again.

I was extremely happy with the friendliness of reception staff, who assisted me greatly when I was provided an early check-in and nothing was too much trouble for him, the young lady while checking out was also very courteous and friendly and the house keeping staff were also great and I had enjoyable chats with them on both days of my stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a large balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the crockery and cutlery you would need for a stay. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. There are numerous restaurants and eating places within walking distance as well as other shops. I thoroughly recommend the Manuka Park Serviced Apartments and will stay there on my next visit to Canberra.

Brilliant for a few nights away. Can cook in the kitchenette or eat locally at the Kingston hotel or agostini's.

The rooms above were noisy at night until midnight. The hotel car park was full so we had to park on the street with a 2 hour limit. Was nervous about getting a fine. Very basic for kitchen essentials. No foil for oven. Only dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder provided. When on a trip from hours away you don't realize you need to have all kitchen essentials (foil/ baking paper/ oil for cooking ).

Clean and comfortable. Good shower. Inspite of location of our room - right on the corner of the building, directly opposite the bottle shop of the pub - the apartment was mostly quiet. Great location - within walking distance of many restaurants in both Kingston and Manuka. Luckily, the weather co-operated!

We couldn't hear the noise from the cars on the road or the people across the road at the pub, but we could hear everything said by the residents of our stairwell, when they arrived and departed, and when they left their door open even through our closed front door. A little consideration would have been appreciated. Undercover parking is tight, particularly for larger cars and 4WDs. Lounge was not a comfortable sit.

The location is very good, its not far from Parliament and there is a Coles nearby walking distance. Everything in Canberra is spread out but the location was spot on for us. The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and enjoyed Netflix. The pool was a bonus although a little cool for us this time of year.

I wasn't used to being called to confirm when using booking.com. Also the reception staff said we could have free parking but its normally not. That would put me off if it was paid. Parking is quite awkward in Canberra on the street given the immense spaces.

Although we were only there for the weekend, the apartment was fully adaptable to a longer stay, with plenty of space, 2 large bedrooms, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. It was too cold for the outdoor pool, but that was a nice addition. Location was ideal for us (we were visiting family): close to a large Coles, cafes, restaurants; and only a short drive from Canberra's tourist spots.

As we paid extra for parking, I would have preferred a dedicated parking spot, but we didn't have any problems finding a parking space. Would also have been better for us to have the toilet separate to the shower room, but these are only small issues.

Convenience, location and amenities.

The apartment is not completely insulated, and due to the negative temperature from Canberra's winter, it means keeping the indoors temperature on comfortable levels, a bit challenging. Also, setting the right water temperature on faucets requeries a millimetric precision, because it is basically freezing cold or hot boiling, and the adjustment is not easy to achieve.

For me in hospitality staff at property and Proeperty itself are key. Staff was excellent, accomodating and always happy deliver best experience. Apartments i got were a bit dated but thats ok and needed some maintenance but it did not impact our stay as they were very clean and had all the facilities needed for a short stay.

Ground Floor apartment was a bit dark, lighting and some furniture needs an upgrade. Upon my request staff provided additional lamps which was helpful

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their warmth and helpfulness truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location of the apartments is superb, with easy access to all the major attractions and conveniences. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need just a short walk or drive away. The apartment itself was cozy and warm, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. The interior was well-maintained and offered all the comforts one could ask for. One of the highlights for me was the amazing-looking pool. Although I stayed during a cooler season and didn't get to use it, I am keen to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it. It looks absolutely inviting, and I can imagine it being a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Honestly, there was nothing to report. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Well appointed kitchen. Comfy bed. Easily situated between Manuka shopping centre, Kingston shopping centre, Lake Burley Griffin foreshore and all major Public Buildings and Canberra CBD. Nice view overlooking Manuka Park. Excellent Security Garage. Very friendly reception and room service staff. Quiet apartment complex. Very clean and well maintained landscaped gardens. Recommended for anyone visiting Canberra for a few days.

Needs two good reading lamps next to lounge in living room. An electric blanket on a Canberra chilly night would be very welcome. The lack of elevators for 2nd floor apartments doesn't suit senior aged guests with suitcases carrying up 4 flights of stairs.
