Greatt location near the river, and restaurants. The staff were super helpful, booking taxis and minding luggage. Loved the fridge in the shared space with plenty of cheap cold drinks to purchase.Tea and plunger coffee in the room was a bonus. Renovated bathroom was lovely and spacious.

The room did have a river view but was very small and narrow making it hard to really enjoy the view. Breakfast was a bit minimal for the price.

Our view over the Danube onto the lower castle was great. The location near the end of the island made for significantly less traffic and noise.

The property only has three parking spaces to assign. There are many public parking areas near by, but all come at an additional cost. It would be good to call and see if any go the on site spots are available.

We arrived late and had clear communication about how to access the building and our room. Our room was clean and comfortable. they stored out luggage for us and were helpful finding resources due to the flooding. We would definitely stay again.

We booked the last room they had. It was a basement room (well appointed/comfortable). I wish it had AC - it was a bit warm/stuffy.

The location and the view of the river and the castle on the other side are absolutely spectacular. The hotel in bang in the centre of the old town. The room was very comfortable and clean

The only surprise was to find a double room meant two single beds each on the far end of the room. Not the end of the world, but useful to know before booking

We wanted to be at the confluence of the rivers in Passau - and we absolutely were, with a stunning view from the window of our room. We arrived late at night, when the Reception was unmanned, but the parking space we had reserved was clearly marked for us, and the check-in procedure very smooth.

The mattress was super comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated.

There is no elevator (we had our room in the second floor) and while it didn't bother us this time because we didn't have much luggage, I think it's important to mention. There was no air conditioning and it was pretty hot in the room.

Very nice , small boutique hotel, every room very nice decorated, we had a room that looked out to the Danube, it was fabulous. Breakfast was fine. We booked a parking in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect and the staff wonderful. We didn't get the breakfast at the hotel. Passau is a beautiful town and the people are very friendly. Don't miss Sello's Bar Caffè Centrale near St. Paul's. Sello is a real treasure!

The bathroom could have done with a better clean, and the room was slightly smaller than expected as first time we stayed here the room was larger and even more comfortable.

We were here before and we went again because we really like this small hotel. Quiet, clean, very good choice of breakfasts and nice people.
