Location was very close to shopping, transport, food, and landmarks. Facilities were good value for money. Staff were very helpful and apologetic about a very early morning fire alarm during my stay.

Bathroom had shower and bath faucets but water only came out of bath tap and no indication was given for how to use the shower tap. Some cutlery in drawers had clearly not been washed from previous occupants. "Double bed" was clearly two singles with a hard wooden divider between them, preventing you from sprawling out comfortably.

Way better than expected. Booked this room for a single night with my 3yr old. Normally stay somewhere more expensive but thought just for the night this would do the job. I was so impressed. We checked in at 11.30am and our room was ready. Parking underneath building for $20 was easy and convenient. Service was amazing. The room seemed to have new or well kept carpet and furniture, great bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. While the bathroom isn’t the most modern it was very clean and non offensive. Would definitely stay her again and recommend

Perfect location, just cross the road and your in the CBD. Clean, bed was comfortable and parking onsite.

Our washing machine was faulty and one of the reasons we stay in apartments was to wash our clothes as we only bring a small suitcase. Staff offered me to wash in another apartment but I was there to holiday not to be running between apartments. They did offer to do that for me but I wasn't willing to trust a stanger with washing our clothes. It was the total inconvenience of it all and having to buy more things to wear. They should of moved us to another apartment. Also, the shower was a bath style with a shower curtain that kept sticking to you while you shower.

Was ideally located for the purpose of my visit, and super close to restaurants, bars etc. all within a 5-15min walk range. Easily drivable to all the tourist attractions around the city centre, and a super close walk to the main shopping centre. Didn't expect superior facilities but the kitchenette came well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, kettle etc. Same with the bathroom, if you're staying for longer purchase some soap and shampoo/conditioner.

Parking situation, bit expensive paying per night at the apartment. There is cheaper parking at Canberra Centre (shopping centre close by) but only on weekends, the weekday rates were more than the apartment. Street parking is also limited being in the city centre. Fan in the bathroom was also a bit weak at airing out steam after a shower but chucking on the aircon helped a bit.

I've always been very comfortable staying at Nesuto and appreciate the location (very close to the Canberra Centre and restaurants, plus ease of access to public transport). Parking on site is very convenient, too. Please note that while some of the features in the rooms are dated and a bit "tired" looking, so aesthetically they're not "fancy", they have always been very comfortable and clean.

The sliding door to the wardrobe in the bedroom had come off its runner, and the bathroom would benefit from a fan.

We got upgraded from a studio room to a 1 bed + office apartment (thanks!). I must say that when we rocked up to the place, I didn't have high hopes from the outside, but more fool me for judging a book by it's cover, as the actual room was really nice! Reception was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. Also great location!!!

The parking is $20 per day underneath the hotel, but I imagine that's pretty standard pricing being in a city so I'm not taking off any points for that, just mentioning for people wanting to park. (In saying that, it's worth the convenience to have your car underneath in my opinion). We weren't able to use our balcony at the time of our visit - reception did explain why and it wasn't within their control so not their fault and also I don't even think our original room had a balcony so definitely not complaining when we got the upgraded room, just something to be mindful of if you're booking around this time (Feb/March 2024) and you want a balcony, might be worth calling to double check.

Great service, one of the guys working the desk I didn’t catch his name, very helpful he was working Saturday morning if that helps identify him, so helpful and went the extra with everything to help, great service, clean room and comfy

Everything was fine no issues at all, only thing is maybe the restricted amount of data you can use per day with the internet

The location was great - close to the centre with lots of choices for restaurants and cafes, as well as a close walk to Lake Burley Griffin. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the QR code in the room was a great way to find out more about the hotel facilities.

The terrace outside our room could be improved with a few plants to make it a nicer place to sit, and the kettle may have been too small if I'd wanted to make more than one cup at a time. The only real problem, however, was our stay being too short to enjoy it more!

Prime location. We were upgraded to junior suite I guess due to unavailability of the room I booked (thank you!). It has an extra office space and a larger living room. The unit is well maintained and fully equipped from kitchen to laundry needs. We slept on a king size comfy bed.

No room slippers. The reception lady seems shocked when we request this and said we don’t provide it here, which is pretty unusual. Not a major issue though.

The building was very quiet as were the surrounding streets even though we were staying on a Friday/Saturday night. It was more than big enough for 3 adults to comfortably spend a weekend away in Canberra, with a fully equipped kitchen that was an unexpected bonus!

When using the shower there was quite a bit of water leakage onto the bathroom floor.
