The staff are very helpful and go the extra Mile to help and make you comfortable. They do everything to make it exceed your expectations

The hotel is a bit dated needs being refreshed. The cutlery is spread out all day and with the heat flies sit on it thus should be put out only when customers are seated at the table The breakfast is also taken out and laid on each table a croissant and bread covered with a tissue this can be brought out when the guests come for breakfast

This is not a modern boutique hotel if that’s what you’re looking for but it more than makes up for that. Our room on floor 3 was huge with plenty of storage place and 2 large beds. The bathroom was adequate but the shower was really a mixer tap but pressure was good once it was sorted. The staff are all lovely especially the young boy with glasses who did breakfast. Breakfast was continental with some bacon and scrambled eggs that weren’t great considering the restaurant food was amazing if you like Italian food and pizza bruschetta was super. Had luggage storage and a wee terrace to sit out on Floor 3. Bar is only open in high season but restaurant serves alcohol and wine is very cheap. Pizza is superb. We ate there on 3 occasions over our stay. Location is ideal but up a hill if mobility is limited. 10 minutes walk down to the main grotto area and 15 minutes walk uphill to train station. Very quiet at night

The room has plenty of space for a kettle. Wi-Fi was good so Smart TV would be good to access your own channels or Netflix at night

Food was excellent all three meals. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner excellent. Staff is very caring. Owner is very kind, loving, understanding go over and beyond to make the customer happy. Hospitality all above average.

My only complaint is in shower stall water draining is bad. If this owner change the draining system plate into 6-8 inches plates he will have more business. Everyone like to get a quick shower get the dirty water drained fast and be cleaned and out. I had to sit and wait the dirty water to drain out. Then take a toilet paper clean the tiny sink draining plate out dirty hair etc: then take the rest of the shower. I had to put soap again my legs all stuffed with dirty water. It was disgusting. Since he could speak French only we could not explained to him nicely. We would definitely come and stay if ge can correct this issue. We came from USA Los Angeles CA. We truly liked him a lot and the staff. Very convenient owner was extremely generous kind man. ❤️🙏☮️

We had a peaceful stay twice in this hotel. Location is very convenient and close to all amenities, it’s only a very short walking distance to the Basilica. The owner is very kind and helpful. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. We had breakfast and dinner here many times. The service was fast and the food was excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone without any doubt.

It is a family owned hotel so the owner showed us with care. We arrived after 10pm and when he knows we were hungry, Mimo was so happy to serve us at the Hôtel restaurant and they cooked delicious Italian foods. The hotel is clean which is very important to us with aircon.

With the price we paid we already feel lucky.

the room was cozy, clean and super confortable. The bathroom is big. The location of the hotel is really great. The staff is also awesome and the breakfast was really good

the only problem I had was with the shower. The only problem we had was in the bathroom. In the shower, the bathtub is a little slippery, so elderly people need to be careful. other than that everything was great

Spacious rooms furnished in traditional style. Comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Monsieur was very kind when we checked in and discovered I had forgotten to book parking. He found me a place straight away. Excellent location for the Grotto and Basilica. Good breakfast.

My third visit to Lourdes and disappointed that the town is now looking very tired, except for the Grotto and Basilica.

Due to some issues with the location in the Alps d'huez area I had to cancel my room there which changed our schedule. We arrived a day early in Lourdes France. They were fully booked but the hotel manager booked us at a sister location which was very nearby. He went above and beyond.

Parking and traffic in Lourdes is very difficult. The hotel had dedicated parking at a garage behind the hotel. The map provided to get to that parking garage was a bit misleading as the proportions weren't correct. We struggled for an hour late at night to find the parking garage. We finally found it. Other than the parking garage snafu it was an excellent trip

I have chosen this hotel by reading the reviews, price (value) and location. and I must say all exceeded my expectation. The gentlemen (sorry but forgot his name) in charge at the front desk was very very helpful and accommodating. True Hospitality at its finest. He let us check in early as our train got to Lourdes around 8am. He also let us have breakfast for free on the same day (we were only supposed to have breakfast the following day). And he also even gave us breakfast to go the following day (our train back to paris was early in the morning and breakfast room was not yet ready at the time). Truly appreciated all these kind gesture from this gentleman. I highly recommend this Hotel. Value for money is amazing.
