We had an amazing trip to Cortina and undoubtedly the friendliest and helpfulness of the hotel staff, especially Marcel & Alessandro, made our trip exceptional! Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The Aufguss ritual days at the sauna were wonderful and we had fantastic massages with Diego. There was plenty of parking for our large truck. Our ski boots were always toasty warm from the ski room. We enjoyed being able to walk to the ski bus stop within 3 minutes or walk further up the road (no more than 10 minutes) to hop on run #44 to ski down to the gondola. Every day there were was a new baked goods/bread selection at breakfast and all the stations were refilled quickly if something ran out. We enjoyed the proximity to town and didn’t find the walk along the road bothersome. The hotel made it very clear which charges, like the sauna, were additional so we had no surprises.

We honestly have no complaints. Sure, if breakfast started at 7:30 instead of 8:00 we would have gotten on the ski slopes a little earlier but it didn’t make or break our trip.

Breakfast was good, the garden area was a nice spot to hang out (with great mountain views) and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is nice, not central but it only takes 10min to walk to the main town street and the free parking was worth it. It was also nice that the room had a small refrigerator. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated and was very nice. The bedroom was simple but clean.

The balconies are connected and ours overlooked the small parking lot, so it was rather noisy especially very early in the morning.

The room was super cozy and clean,had the best sleep ever,the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent, super diverse and delicious. One of the best breakfasts we had in Italy ever. There was also parking space and it was close to the ski bus and aproximately a 10 minute walk to the center of town

This is in no way the property s fault, but there s like a 2-3 minute walk without a sidewalk from town, it s a bit scarry sometimes, Cortina should make sidewalks everywhere as it is a prestigious resort for hikers.

The staff at the hotel did everything they possibly could to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and there was very little noise from other rooms as the walls and doors are really thick. For a light sleeper, this was amazing as I was able to get a full nights sleep every night.

Breakfast only started at 8am which was later than I would have liked as I like to be on the slopes first thing when they open.

The staff were all excellent, honestly, they couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are spotless & very comfortable, breakfast is great and the spa is superb.

Hard to fault the hotel itself really, the only thing is that the location is along a busy road, but you couldn't hear it from the rooms at all, it's just that the walk to the hotel from the centre of Cortina is along a road that only has a footpath in places, so a very minor detail really.

We had two rooms in Hotel Columbia. They were able to accommodate parking our large van. Our sons' room was much quieter than ours which faced the street. Both rooms were clean and had nice bathrooms. Breakfast was fine if a little busy, chaotic. Hotel staff was kind and informative.

We had a shared balcony that overlooked the street. With open windows not much privacy for us or our neighbors. Traffic was busy so room was not quiet, although it was very nice. It was hot so we needed to keep windows open, electric (AC, refrigerator) would not run if you were not in the room. Overall this was a good place to stay but it has pros and cons.

The property was amazing. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 5 minute drive to the ski lift at Socrepes. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, but they have the same thing every single day. The reception staff and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room looks exactly like in the picture and it’s clean.

The spa area is nice but staff was very rude. As soon as we came in they had an issue giving us towels saying they’re extra charge when they’re not. The spa lady came to us and told us to be quiet and whisper in the jacuzzi because we were being loud. To be clear, the jacuzzi is located in a different room from the massage rooms. The next day when we tried to come to spa, she told us there are no more spaces available, even though we were hotel guests. She said the spa is at maximum capacity. It was 5:30 when we came and she told us we can wait for an hour or hour and a half (the spa closes at 7:30). If you book this place for the spa, keep in mind the spa lady will make sure you’ll have a horrible time.

We stayed in five different places during our vacation in Italy. This was the place which had the best quality and variety of the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got a room with a beatiful view and also enjoyed the spa and the massage. The hotel is situated on the hill side overlooking Cortina and still very close to the city center. It took us about 10-15 min to walk.

We really enjoyed our stay on this hotel. Stuff was super friendly and gave us so many great tips. View from our balcony was spectacular. Room was clean and smelled great! Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Location is also great , just 10 minutes walk to the centre and bus stops. Spa is for extra cost but it’s definitely worth it, we enjoyed every second in sauna, jacuzzi, ice bath and after just sitting outside in lounge area and enjoying the view to the mountains.

The room was wonderful and very clean with lots of room. The place has a lot of charm to it and everything is up to day with tech, furniture and ease of access. I would be happy to stay here again for the room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. Never had trouble finding a parking spot, easy access to room.

Everything was great, the only part that was a little frustrating was taking a shower. The shower head is connected with the bath tub. To use the shower you'll need to pull over a sliding window to block off the water spraying onto the floor. The sliding window was very awkward and water still somehow spilled onto the tire floor, even after several attempts of preventing it. The Spa is very nice and organized, but extremely busy with lots of people. It's also a co-ed spa, meaning both male/females share the entire space together, and full nudity isn't restricted. This is very minor, the stay here was still worth it.
