I was torn about leaving this review. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret so it stays special. But another part of me knows they if they don't get business, they will not stay in business. And, let's face it, service this good deserves a review! After finding our hotel, we were greeted by a friendly staff who helped us with our luggage. We checked in and were shown to our room on the first floor. The room was HUGE and cold! This hotel room could be a condo, with a king bed, couch, and full size kitchen. While we didn't plan to prepare any meals ourselves, we certainly had everything we needed if we wanted to. This was just the beginning. Opening our patio revealed a beautiful deck and infinity pool that looked out into the ocean with breathtaking views. We were only steps away. The concierge helped us rent a golf cart and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The rooms were cleaned each day and were well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, and did I mention that the A/C was cold? At the end of our trip, the staff made arrangements to meet us at the ferry so that we could leave our golf cart with them there instead of the hotel, which made it super easy to get our luggage to the ferry. 10/10 not only would we stay here again, but we WILL stay here again.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. If I had to pick something, it would be that it's a little difficult to find. However, that's part of it's charm once you get there.

The room was very open, clean and spacious. Amenities were very thoughtful, especially like the coffee set up. The front desk personnel was outstanding. Jesus made the best cocktails and his attentiveness was exceptional.

The only thing would be some sort of onsite snacks or food. one minor point, when stipulating what is cash payment, please make clear that it will be paid at checkout. Since the cash was not asked for at each occurrence I thought was being charged to room. An ATM would be helpful.

The views were incredible. On a quiet street, but close to the north beach, shops and restaurants. Fabulous pool and rooftop bar. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nothing! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.

very nice hidden hotel. quiet and super week located in the same time. the hotel lobby is extremely nice and Claudia was absolutely amazing for the check in check out and for the drinks too.

i hated that the property charge you in USD when we are in Mexico. if you want to pay in local currency (pesos), they charge you a rate for it which is inaceptable ! It is absolutely unbelievable to be charged that way and for this reason I’m unfortunately not going back to this hotel. WE ARE IN MEXICO ! Not in USA ! Time to follow the rules… It’s absolutely against the law to do this !

The location is fantastic! Close to the main strip and the main beach. Very quiet at night too. The massage was excellent and golf car hire - definitely recommend! Staff were all lovey and very helpful.

What I liked about the property is the location and proximity to beaches and downtown. It is very secluded and quiet, and only a few steps (2-3 min walk) to playa norte and restaurants. I also liked the pool area, rooftop bar and the staff.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property but if there is something that I can point out, it would be that the room seemed a bit outdated as well as the gym.

Room was excellent and very clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. 24 hour monitoring by staff and cameras. I love that you cannot enter the lobby without a room key.

Rooms are really comfortable, amazing views over the pool and out to the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is an amazing place to relax and cool off.

Nothing negative to say, we loved it!

the property smelled heavenly and was so cozy and breezy!! it was also so easy to get around. our room was on the first floor with a walk out porch to the pool and beach. the view was fantastic and the staff were kind and attentive. while the water is not swimmable at this location, it’s not a big deal bc you can either walk or take your golf cart down the street.

Stephanie was so accommodating of any request, she was available to help., The room was simple but sufficient. The property was kept very clean.

Construction was happening down the street, not a big deal, You just have to walk through it or drive with your golf cart.
