The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant had great food, the lobby was great and the room was spacious.

Housekeeping came around 2:30pm when the kids were asleep, so the room wasn’t clean. The day after they came, but did partial cleaning like didn’t add toilet paper.

This was a well appointed hotel in downtown Ithaca. The rooms were comfortable and modern with a smart layout. There was some locally themed wall decor which was a nice touch as was the large throw rug on the floor (rather than standard printed wall to wall). The staff was friendly & helpful. We also liked the snacks/beverages available for purchase at the front desk (including beer & half bottles of wine) rather than an overpriced in room mini bar. Ithaca Commons is a short walk and there is a CollegeTown Bagel shop across the street. Cornell & Ithaca Colleges are a short drive away as are a multitude of walking.hiking trails.

Our only complaint was that there was live outdoor music one night at a neighboring establishment. Thankfully it wasn't a super late night but it was still disruptive.

Generally clean, modern, attentive staff (smudged drinking glasses were immediately replaced when we asked for replacements). The lobby is attractive. We stayed on a weeknight, so the rate was reasonable.

The room was small for two adults and two 17 year olds. The attempt to create a 'dressing area' by dividing the room with a barn-style door fell a little flat for us. We would have preferred a larger sleeping area than the large amount of space set aside for luggage but that's a matter of preference. We were only there one night, but it felt a little cramped. As others say about remote parking, it was a minor inconvenience in that we couldn't easily dash to the car to grab a jacket or a couple of forgotten items. Parking was $10 a night, which is pretty reasonable but I somehow thought it was included with the room.

Phenomenal walking location to the commons.

No on site parking but the parking garage around the corner was free on weekends. However, elevator to garage was broken so you had to take the stairs and hotel requires you to park on floor 3 or higher. This made getting to and from with luggage difficult. Additionally, stairs were unsafe to use at night with people utilizing them as shelter. Also, Wi-Fi at hotel did not work. Kept receiving error message when typing in credentials to access it.

We had a one night stay with our dog in Ithica. Our room was comfortable and I loved the lay out. The bathroom was very clean and efficient. The front desk staff was so helpful. The fitnes room was large and had enough equipment to get a good work out.

Small thng, but I couldn't get the temperature of the water to change in the shower - the fixture was too modern for me! Luckily I like really hot chowers.

It was nice and comfortable and the lobby smelt really good I am actually curious what they use to make it smell so strong and citrusy. It was a prime location for downtown Ithaca.

It was expensive and not as clean as I would have liked. There were small bugs by the shower that was probably from wetness because the design of the shower causes leakage but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The housekeepers also didn’t clean it the best each day.

Very nice hotel designed in urbanic style, very nice big lobby included restaurant. I think it's a new hotel. The room was big, the beds were comfortable. There is coffee machine in the room, small refrigerator and safe. There are cold water and ice machine on the floor.

The water pressure in the shower pretty week. It takes a pretty long time up to five minutes to get a hot water in the shower.

Staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very tasty breakfast included, capped to $25 and you pay for any excess after that. Nice and handy gym at the ground floor kept me active during my stay. Location is great, right downtown close to shops and restaurants. Parking is a block away and prices are reasonable, $10 per day.

Breakfast was very good, prompt service. The friendly and helpful staff really impressed us.

The parking is not great; navigating all the one way streets made it hard to get to hotel entrance - better directions on website would help, with graphics. The shower temperature was uneven, got colder or hotter after finding the desired temp - happened every time for both of us.

Perfect location right off Ithaca Comms with one of shops, restaurants etc nearby. Parking on street or in nearby garage was easy. The hotel was modern, clean and beds were very comfortable!

Only drawback was the cost
