We were going to a wedding and arrived at the hotel early knowing that check-in was at 3pm. I wanted to ask if we could leave the car and come back later for the keys. The hotel has its own driveway with plenty of parking out the front. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that both rooms were ready for us and we could put our bags in them and take the room keys. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities. The next morning we had a full english breakfast looking out onto the beautiful garden. The breakfast was excellent and was included in the price of the room. After breakfast we walked to the local park which took 10mins. The park was lovely and a decent size with different play areas and a swimming pool complex which included a gym etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. All the staff were friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast was very good both mornings. The gentleman serving us was a cheerful and obliging person and made every effort to make us feel welcome. One of your night staff was very kind when, as a diabetic, my sugars dropped very low. We had gone out to find a 24 hr garage but it was closed for refurbishment. Upon hearing about my plight, the gentleman offered to make me a sandwich and brought it up to our room. He really helped me recover quickly and I cannot thank him enough.

The decorations around the hotel are beginning to look a little 'tired' , particularly the wooden window frames. In room 2 as it was a scorching hot weekend, it would have been better if the bathroom had some sort of ventilation.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and even supplied a fan due to the excessive hot weather. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. There was plenty to offer and we were also asked if we wanted extras of toast, tea, coffee etc. The staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed with a lovely outlook into the garden. Very good shower and also only 15 minutes walk into town to a very good indian restaurant. The Dog & Bacon pub also offered a very tasty lunch menu which again was only 5 minutes away.

Someone at reception on arrival, but that really couldn't be helped because Carlos needed a toilet break.

Nice comfy room and bed. Just what I needed for 1 night's stay (for work purposes). Check-in was easy and the staff were all friendly. They responded and catered to my requests (despite one message not being passed on about my dietary requirement at breakfast - other than that there was no issue). I enjoyed the garden and the view of it from my bedroom - it was nice and peaceful. The breakfast was good too. The location is fairly convenient for the centre of Horsham and station.

Communication between staff could have been better - but in the end there was no problem.

I needed a place to stay inbetween jobs and my needs were as follows: basic and affordable, accessible from rail station, clean room with fresh clean bedding and clean en suite bathroom with tea coffee facilities in room, hotel kitchen where I can eat up food if needs be, grocery store, pub and a laundromat close by. This quaint, owner run hotel ticks all my boxes. The manager and staff are all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

The only thing I could point out is that the rooms are a bit outdated but still very clean.

It was quiet, comfortable, and friendly. We had a good-sized twin room with an en-suite. The owner and staff were cheerful and friendly. Breakfast good. I asked for more tea, no problem. We were perfectly happy and comfortable. I wanted to explore the big garden but didn't have time. We were able to park our car without problem. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

It might be an idea to use an extension cable and position the TV at the end of the bed

I stayed here for 2 nights before a wedding with the intention of moving to a new hotel after . It is old fashioned which is initially a little shock ,but the staff and service make up for it . The water pressure is good for showers , the rooms are clean and breakfast is lovely . I highly recommend this hotel for a homely friendly trip to Horsham , I ended up returning for 3 additional nights. Thank you John for the lovely breakfasts , the smiles and amazing customer service

It was lovely

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable room.breakfast well cooked. Although not used there was a fan provided to cope with the present hot weather.

Needed an extra towel in the room but this was immediately dealt with without any issue

The breakfast choices were excellent. The food was excellent. The host was excellent. I can't fault anything about our stay and will be recommending it .the hotel and facilities were marvellous with a fabulous garden at the back, lovely to look out on while having breakfast.

Everything was first class

It was a lovely stay, great room, comfortable bed and clean. Easy to get to from the train station and a nice walk into the town in 10 minutes. Breakfast was nice and cooked to order, coffee and juice served to your table. Staff were all friendly,

There was nothing I didn't like.
