I needed a place to stay inbetween jobs and my needs were as follows: basic and affordable, accessible from rail station, clean room with fresh clean bedding and clean en suite bathroom with tea coffee facilities in room, hotel kitchen where I can eat up food if needs be, grocery store, pub and a laundromat close by. This quaint, owner run hotel ticks all my boxes. The manager and staff are all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

The only thing I could point out is that the rooms are a bit outdated but still very clean.

It was quiet, comfortable, and friendly. We had a good-sized twin room with an en-suite. The owner and staff were cheerful and friendly. Breakfast good. I asked for more tea, no problem. We were perfectly happy and comfortable. I wanted to explore the big garden but didn't have time. We were able to park our car without problem. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

It might be an idea to use an extension cable and position the TV at the end of the bed

I stayed here for 2 nights before a wedding with the intention of moving to a new hotel after . It is old fashioned which is initially a little shock ,but the staff and service make up for it . The water pressure is good for showers , the rooms are clean and breakfast is lovely . I highly recommend this hotel for a homely friendly trip to Horsham , I ended up returning for 3 additional nights. Thank you John for the lovely breakfasts , the smiles and amazing customer service

It was lovely

The breakfast choices were excellent. The food was excellent. The host was excellent. I can't fault anything about our stay and will be recommending it .the hotel and facilities were marvellous with a fabulous garden at the back, lovely to look out on while having breakfast.

Everything was first class

Lovely room .Old and quaint but that's what we like . The room was very hot with the heating and we struggled to sleep but the bed was super comfy and it had a bath which was great . Lots of space. TV wasn't in the right angle to the bed and we couldn't move it to watch telly in bed comfortably Apart from the Hot room it was lovely. And thankfully we had a fan. Amazing staff polite and we were able to check in easily too .

It was a lovely stay, great room, comfortable bed and clean. Easy to get to from the train station and a nice walk into the town in 10 minutes. Breakfast was nice and cooked to order, coffee and juice served to your table. Staff were all friendly,

There was nothing I didn't like.

We have travelled a lot and this is probably the best accommodation we have experienced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and extremely well cooked. When we return to this area we will certainly return.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bedroom was huge and had a very comfortable bed, so I got plenty of sleep those nights I was there. Breakfast was good and filled me up for the morning.

The sign at the front of the hotel says Hotel and Restaurant, but there's no actual restaurant in the hotel. They only do breakfast.

Quaint room with simple styling. Helpful staff looked after all requests (even locating an extra reading chair for my room) and accomodated a lovely full english breakfast each morning.

Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast

Car park is a little small particularly if other guests don't park considerately.
