Fantastic location next to central market so easy walking to old town sights. Apartment in a quiet square with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including a carrefour a couple minutes away ( up left hand corner of square)Plenty of space inside for two of us, well equipped with fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and utensils, though we couldn’t find a bottle opener- have donated one to the flat! Staff communicated well and promptly via WhatsApp- was helpful to have the check in details in advance of arrival. They also let us leave cases after check out and helped book a taxi.

A great location and a spacious, comfortable apartment for 2. It's in an area with few cars due to restrictions, so quiet, right in the heart of the old city. It couldn't be better. The beds and settee were comfortable. The towels and bedding were of good quality. The kitchen was well equipped. It's good to have a full cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Communication was good. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The apartment would benefit from more mugs (only 3) and glasses given there is a dishwasher. Also the internet is variable; I don't think it's fibre. It kept cutting in and out on our phones. It worked well though for the little internet camera we had with us. But these were minor concerns.

The location - bang in the middle of city centre and surrounded by great places to eat, grocery, local food market and well connected via bus. The flat itself was good for my daughter and me. The kitchen is well equipped for a holiday and the staff is also very helpful. They also have the provision of storing your luggage after checkout if your flight is late. This is a very helpful feature as it becomes difficult if there is no storage available.

The apartment was well appointed, and we really enjoyed the two balconies. The location was excellent, just a block from the Mercado and all of the best areas in Valencia!!

We arrived after check-in, and the room was not ready. So we left our luggage and came back to check in later. Then, the morning of check out, we had a knock on our door two times by cleaning, staff to see if we had left…even though it was well before check out time.

Valencia is a fantastic city to visit. The central location & size of the apartment. The underground car park being close by. The table & chairs on the balcony (over the street). The size & comfort of the bed. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher.

The keysafe buttons were very difficult to get to engage (& not double engage) -took maybe 10 attempts to get into the safe which was a bit stressful! The area of the apartment & parking is now in a restricted zone for cars making the drive a little complicated - but the host gave us clear instructions. We had a problem with the kettle tripling the electrics, the host got us a replacement kettle the same day but this didn’t fix the issue.

The apartment was very spacious and the climate control worked very well

Location is excellent in the heart of the old town a few minutes away from Central Market. Nice apartment well equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Nice little balcony from both living room and bedroom.

Location is excellent - in the old town, a 2 minute walk from the Mercat Central. The apartment is basic, but has all required facilities. It is also a quiet building, despite its central location.

I was greeted by an overpowering smell from those nasty air freshener sticks, on arrival, which required opening all doors and windows to dissipate (these were probably remaining after the summer sewer smell which prevails in the city). This is only a minor thing though - the offending air fresheners were stuffed in a cupboard for the remainder of my stay.

Checked in early, which was really helpful.The apartment is a great size and nicely located. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve an issue with the lock. The double aspect balconies in the bedroom and throughout the flat are fabulous. The sofa bed was large and comfy. Nice powerful shower and lots of hot water. The location was a minute walk to the mercado and main squares.. Great value, would recommend.

The square can get noise from passing people at night. The kitchen needs more cups (mugs) pls as only one so insufficient. Didnt locate a plug for the bath.

On our arrival, I received a message with all the information to collect my keys. The check-in was planned for 4 pm and we were lucky enough to get the keys at 11.30 am instead as we arrived in Valencia very early. The flat is very big with all the comfort needed (washing machine, dishwasher, plates, glasses, towels, etc.). The location is central and convenient to visit the city as everything is within walking distance. To go to the beaches instead there are different transport like buses, metro or even the option to rent a bike which is quite cheap (around 8/10€ per day). There is a Carrefour Express close to the flat which is great if you need to do last-minute grocery shopping. A few days after our arrival we also had the towels and bed sheets changed included in the service, I didn’t expect it and I was very surprised. Really appreciated. The overall experience was amazing and I couldn't recommend it more.
