We had an incredible experience at Nefeles Luxury Suites in Santorini! Describing the heavenly views from the rooms feels like an understatement - it's undoubtedly the prime location to stay in Fira! From the initial booking process to the seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, delightful breakfast, and the traditional cave-style room designs, everything exceeded our expectations. A particularly thoughtful touch was the assistance with our luggage, which was carried to and from the cab during check-in and check-out. Despite this, our stay in the Junior suite with an outdoor hot tub was thoroughly enjoyable, even during the winter months! We did encounter a slight hiccup due to a 2-hour power cut on the island during our first day, resulting in the absence of breakfast. The staff, however, went above and beyond by sending someone to our room (which involves navigating a fair amount of stairs from the reception area) to inform us about the situation. Nefeles is truly a hidden gem nestled in the rugged mountainous landscape of Fira, conveniently close to the island's main attractions and the central marketplace. Kudos to the entire staff at Nefeles for contributing to a truly memorable stay!

Although the entire region is full of stairs owing to its rugged topography, we'd like to provide a small piece of feedback regarding the stairs inside the room and at the entrance of the washroom. For those with mobility issues, it might pose a challenge, you have to be careful using the washroom especially at night with sleepy eyes. I had a metatarsal fracture few months back & encountered some difficulties navigating the steep stairs indoors.

Incredible location overall. Very central & a beautiful spot at any time of the day. Staff were very friendly & accommodating.

The toilets / bathrooms were very open - no doors or partition to separate them, which for some people might be uncomfortable. We didn’t let it bother us, but I would absolutely see some guests being unhappy about it. It also wasn’t super hot when we visited so the jacuzzi seemed a colder than would be ideal.

The most perfect view of the Santorini sunset with out own private hot tub. The rooms are silent inside and absolutely stunning. The location is perfect with access to hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes right outside. The best part for me however was the breakfasts and the staff, a handpicked spread was delivered to our personal balcony every morning by the amazing staff at whatever time we chose by the amazing staff. The front desk helper was at our disposal at all hours, answering questions and even providing us with a map of the island with all of the best locations and how to get there! Could not have chosen a better place to stay.

This is not negative about the hotel but a disclaimer for Santorini: it is a cliff island. That means that no matter where you stay people will be able to see you from above, below, and both sides. This was a surprise for us but that's just how the island is.

You simply cannot beat the location if you want to stay in the centre of all the happenings. Easy access to the road for taxi’s. Location was brilliant! The hotel team were amazing, in terms of booking restaurants and beach outings. Excellent recommendations and service. The facilities were great with some minor points. Splash pool and jacuzzi were fab! Aircon worked a treat! Bed was comfortable

The picture of the pool showed uninterrupted views and upon my arrival it wasn’t quite like that. Don’t get me wrong, it was very pleasant but its not what was advertised. I didn’t appreciate that and on that basis i may have chosen another location because i placed a premium on that view as this property was significantly more than others. The breakfast was really average. At 600gbp a night and comparing it to other accommodation i had for less money, it was not great.

Great location, right in the middle off the hustle once you step out but far enough to feel the tranquility once inside. Great staff very welcoming and friendly. Excellent views. Called down to deal with a window issue and someone was up within 60 seconds literally. We hired a car out (which I highly recommend) and could easily see the whole island and various beaches/hotspots/restaurants during our 3 days.

Got in the hot tub once but it wasn’t the cleanest so didn’t return. I believe for the price paid more attention to detail and maintenance of the room should be up-kept.

Nefeles Luxury Suites is a truly remarkable, luxurious property to indulge for the ultimate stay in Santorini. The rooms are a great siize and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own private jacuzi on their own balcony, with perfect views of cruise ships arriving in port, or just the perfect outlook for sunrises and sunsets. Its in the perfect location, close to all eateries and attractions market stalls and boutique shops. All of the staff were so friendly, always greeting us with a welcoming smile and offering us helpful tips and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a memorable stay in Santorini.

Nothing at all. It’s amazing

First and foremost, the level of service at Nefeles is out of this world. Very personalized from the moment you are met at the taxi to drag your suitcases up the many stairs. So knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and even slightly sarcastic in humour, I can appreciate that. It felt like friends making me feel home. The view is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic. The room so dreamy and unique. I will definitely be back!

I had a couple of cleanliness issues but they were promptly taken care of and taken seriously.

We had a lovely three nights in a junior suite 3 with a jacuzzi on the balcony from which we enjoyed amazing sunsets each night and brekky on the balcony each morning (a standard inclusion). The room itself was super cute, split over two levels with air conditioning on both levels to beat the summer heat. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the cable car down to the old port, but yet far enough from the clubs so you don’t get any noise into the night when you want to sleep. Also only 5 or so minutes walk to the bus station to get the bus to Oia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Be sure to arrange a transfer (the hotel can arrange) and have the hotel staff meet you at McDonalds to help you find the hotel and help with your bags.

The room was very clean. We were blown away with the friendliness of the staff, especially the man that met us to bring our bags down, brought us breakfast, answered all of our questions and was so nice. (I'm sorry I don't remember his name!!!!) The breakfast was so delicious! Can we have the recipe for the pancakes????

Another set of towels would have been lovely as the other ones didn't dry quickly in the room. Another blanket in the room as my husband kept stealing the covers. : )

The location was perfect, and the scenery was out of this world. The room has a Jacuzzi tub and right at your balcony with the marvelous scenery.

You need to go down dozens of stairs to reach the reception desk and then climb up again to our room, as the entrance of the Hotel is from the top level. But that was not bad at all because they would help you to avoid that by servicing all your need up to your room, including check out. Also, the Jacuzzi water is always very hot, and we wished it was little bit chilled.
