The facilities were modern, well, equipped on the dining was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, and well trained.

the size of the rooms. There was no place to put things. Other than this problem the hotel was a delight.

this is a beautiful hotel in a nice area. rooms where nice and comfortable as well. the restaurant experience is not to be missed - michelin quality food at a fraction of the price.

my room had a bathtub in the bedroom, which i get from a design perspective might be cool, but it was weird and not very functional. i would rather have had a sofa we could sit on. instead we used the bathtub to lay our clothes over. weird design.

What we enjoyed the most was the staff. Their professional an very friendly attitude,,made our stay so wonderful. They deserve a 10.

We didn’t enjoy the food we had at the hotel. This doesn’t includes the fine dining of the Italian. The food at the bistro wasn’t at the standards and quality as one may expect from a hotel like “ el cielo “

This is a boutique hotel, very well designed. You don't really see, from the road, what it is like, but there is a nice ambience when you walk in. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The concierge service was very good, throughout our stay.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which has a good reputation. Unfortunately there is no preferential booking for incoming guests, which is frustrating. The restaurant staff were good about working with us to find a place, but it was at lunchtime instead of during the day.

Service

The rooms are very basic for such a price. I was expecting a premium luxurious suite with a great bed, appliances and amenities but the room was tiny regular 4 stars like space with a basic bed, uncomfortable mattress, regular pillows, cheap appliances and ridiculous amenities. You can't charge +$400 for such a basic room. It was a big disappointment for me.

Everything was beautiful and clean. the people were so kindness

I didn’t like the parking terms, they do not provide parking for the regulars room just for the presidential suite plus, you have to pay the parking on the street for every single hour

Dannyela at reception was brilliant when our luggage was lost by Air France. She helped us enormously. The pool area was very relaxing.

The wine! Seriously overpriced for not particularly good wine. They desperately need a cellar manager.

The breakfast was superb. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The service was also exceptional! All the waiters and staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again at El Cielo when we return to Medellin.

situated in a nice quiet area, the restaurant food choice has limited options in salad but good quality food. I like the pool. standard of the food and drink is high, and nice interior of the room. I love my welcome drink which is like a coffee with liquor.

the menu of the bistro is limited and no salad dishes. they told me only carrots are available!

This was a stunning property. The service was unbelievable. Some of the best we’ve ever had. Overall, a real pleasure. Alex the concierge, Manuel the waiter, everyone was simply fabulous.
